"Ah.." my smile fades and I guess she notices
"Sorry...I saw what happened"
"Huh?"
"I saw you running away at school. I decided to go up to the rooftop to see what happened and I saw Chaeyoung kissing Joy"
The girl's name is Joy?
"You saw eveything?" I ask, looking down at the table
"Eung...I'm sorry. Everyone knows you like Chaeyoung, but she's so dense. I really don't understand how she can just do things like that."
"Maybe she knows and she just doesn't like me." I frown
"She totally likes you" Seulgi comments
"I doubt it" I say and a waiter arrives at our table
If she liked me, wouldn't she have done something after the kiss? Or...was I supposed to do something? Maybe she does like me and she was expecting me to make the next move...oh I should just stop thinking about this.
"Umm...Jisoo?" Seulgi calls me and I get back to my senses
"Yeah?" I ask
"The waiter was asking what you wanted to order, but you were spacing out so I just ordered for you" she tells me
"Ah...sorry. I was thinking"
"It's okay."
"What did you want to talk about?"
"Chaeyoung..."
"Oh.."
"I know it might not make sense, but I know everything."
Everything?
"I know you might be wondering how. I observe things and Chaeyoung tells me what happens."
"So you know about the kiss?" My eyes widen as I ask her
"You guys kissed?!" She asks, way too loud
"I'm guessing she didn't tell you that" I say, embarrassed
"No..she didn't. Oh my gosh! Chaeyoung is such a fucking idiot" Seulgi facepalms
"Umm..." I hum and the waiter arrives with some food
"Here's your food" he says and places it on the table
"Thank you" Seulgi thanks him and he leaves
"You can eat now" she tells me and I nod before thanking her and eating
"Well...I wanted to say that, something happened in the past. I'm not in a position to tell you this so I'll leave it to Chaeyoung. But what I will say, is that Chaeyoung is scared of the past. She doesn't want it to happen again. Can you please help her?" she explains
"What do I have to do with this? Why am I involved?" I ask her
"I know you're capable of solving this so I'm asking you this favor" she answers me
I wonder what she's talking about...
She changes the subject to something else and we peacefully eat. I finish eating and I go to the restroom. When I walk in I see someone familiar.
What is she doing here? Isn't she supposed to be at school?
I walk up to her and she raises an eyebrow at me.
