Midoriya handed the rings over with his telekinesis as he wrote down the location on his phone.

"Rings...?"

"I have you 3 of roughly the same size so that if 1 ever breaks, which it shouldn't it, you have a couple more.
The only way the ring can break is if you try to break it on purpose"
Midoriya explained.

"You made these?"

"Yes and no.
Back a couple millenniums ago I owned a jewel mine.
I used to have someone make me the rings but at some point I learned how to make them on my own."

"These are millenniums old??? How???"

"They were never worn and kept in a box.
Whenever the box would deteriorate I'd get a new one.
I kept them along with me."

"... how did you not lose them??"

"I just didn't.
I'm not that Careless"

"Alright.
I'm going to leave now.
I have people to make my subordinates"
Midoriya said as he left.

He teleported by the shore shigaraki had referred to.
Because of how late it was, and the fact it was a shore used to board villains to Tartarus prison, it was quite empty.
Not a human in sight except for special police officers who were guarding the area.

Midoriya was obviously invisible.

He flew up and scanned the sea, "5 kilometers from shore.
Not that far.
But not close either."
He flew over and found the island.

It was lined with police all around, getting in would be extremely difficult for the average human.

Luckily for Midoriya he wasn't average nor human.

He tapped the shoulders of all the police officers he saw and put them under his control.
"This way, no alarms are sounded."
He thought to himself as he found 1 officer, shapeshifted to look like them, and had them stand away from the entrance.

He walked straight into the prison, more officers were inside.

"What are you doing inside haru? Did something happen or is a new villain coming in?"
An officer by the front desk asked.

"A new villain is coming in"
Midoriya said, not technically lying.

"I see.
Take my post here while I go help.
You 6, come with me"
The officer stood up and took the 6 other officers with him.
Midoriya made sure to tap on all of them and capture all of them under his control before he went invisible again and walked over to the security room.

There were 2 guards posted outside and 2 more guards posted inside with 3 surveillance watchers.

Midoriya captured all of them as well And found the locations of all the other security rooms before putting them under his control as well.

In total, he had captured well over 150 guards.

"And now the prison is under my control.
Hm.
It's likely they all switch officers out everyday.
I'll have to come here everyday for a week before I've captured everyone.
