(Muichiro's pov)

After our visit with Lady Tamayo, it was just a bunch more running in the forest.

I was starting to get more worried because of how much time we were taking just to get to y/n. It was stressing me out slowly.

"Do you guys even know where you're going?" I spoke up.

"Of course we know where we're going Muichiro," Obanai replied first. "Why else are we hashiras?"

"Guys this isn't the time to fight!" Mitsuri interrupts.

"Okay, I'm sorry," Obanai apologized.

After that was just pure silence.

Nothing but our footsteps and leaves and twigs echoing along the way.

"It seems like y/n's presence is getting closer..." Shinobu finally announces.

I excitedly looked up, only to find all of us in a alleyway between two houses.

"What now shinobu?" I asked.

"Hm... something isn't adding right but—"

A door spawned upon us.

We all looked at each other.

"Well?"

"We don't really have any another option do we?" Sanemi says, entering first.

We all followed behind him.

The place we where in was something i've never seen before.

"It must be the demons' domain," Giyuu says in a low tone. "It is also probably where y/n is."

We all gripped onto our weapons, but just as we were about to take a step, a voice spoke.

"You're here."

We somehow teleported. Teleported straight to y/n.

"Y/n!" I called out. "Y/n!! Wake up!"

"That's the loudest i've ever heard him." Obanai rolls his eyes.

Y/n's eyes flashed open.

"Muichiro!"

I was about to run to Y/n till it hit me.

My heart thudded.

I stopped.

"Muichiro?"

Her face.

"Mui?!"

It was her.

The same "her" who had been my side before I was separated from everyone and became a hashira.

Why was it till now I had figured that out?
