Being humble

Hey y'all 😊😊 how you guys doing , I just want to talk about being humble . I always loved sports it runs in my family , my mom broke the record in certain fields of athletics in goa back in the day . and my dad a marathon runner but if you see him now you would never guess he was ( he's a little plump 😄) anyway my two brothers are fast and really good in sports and I am good as well , the thing is when the whole team relies on you , you think that your In charge and that's what happened to me I started thinking big of my self . But one thing you should know is you are nothing without God , no matter how many games you lead your team or school to victory always be humble .there is this verse that I love which just keeps me in my place it goes like this: those who humble them selves will be exalted and those who exalt them selves will be humbled . It means always be humble that's how you'll reached your goal and not proud cause that will lead to your downfall . Sometimes we think big of our selfs and think we can do stuffs on our own There is a song by Colten Dixon its like : I made my castle tall I build up every wall this is my kingdom and it needs to fall . That's really beautiful cause nothing is possible without God . Even if you are the strongest most fastest person in the world you cannot win the race by being proud of your self but if you surrender to God and know it's not by your own strength you will be exalted . But remember there is a fine line in being humble and regarded ing your self as nothing , one can bring you up and the other can pull you down . be humble so your father in heaven will be pleased not so that other people can see how could you are but to do good in the sincerest of hearts . I'm still learning how to be humble , it's hard because when nobody notices you, you feel the need to prove the people something and brag about it just so they know who you are . so as we go on this journey called life let us be humble not that people can see and praise us but to do so because our father is very much pleased when you are humble ,and if I can put a smile on his face that would be so much better than having a trillion people praising my name
