On 28th November 2015, I was shifted from Shoja to Janua. This place was a little bit more peaceful than I had expected it to be. Here, I met Mr. Samir Holmes for the first time. You might be thinking of him being a descendant of the fictional character, Mr. Sherlock Holmes. But, here I wouldn't disagree with you, as he is very similar to him and it was a pride that he would gladly take with him to his deathbed.

On entering the house, I saw that it was a big property with 5 bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a dining room, a house owner (my tenant), a lovely garden, 3 private rooms, and a few rooms in the garden for the working staff. It was a pleasant home, with the ideology of self-sustainability coiled into it, just tuning with my very own ideology.

My room was situated on the third floor and was facing the valley between the two gradual and high mountain peaks. The sight was mesmerizing and the silence had its charm in the tune of nature. My room had one bed, an antique study table, a closet, an attached bathroom, a huge bookshelf, and a small fridge for my personal requirements. There was lighting and other small attachments that needed to be done. I was pleased to find that something was there in this room to keep me busy.

I sat down for a while and planned on how to go around with the work. During lunch, I was informed that the other resident of the house was outdoors and this was as if a treat for the landlady, Mrs. Sameera Hudson. Another Coincidence, indeed. After lunch, I set to work. I went to pay a visit to a nearby bazaar and bought some antique lights, furniture, and other tools to get my room sorted. I hung some of the bulbs in the sockets already there in the ceiling for general lighting in the room, covered the study section with efficient lighting for avoiding any kind of eye adjustment trouble, and of course the bathroom. I had divided my room into segments so that it seemed well organized and easy to view.

The door was attached to the right end of the wall just opposite the window, also near the staircase. There were hooks attached to the wall, just on the right wall beside the door. Ongoing towards the right, there is the bathroom. Besides the bathroom, there was a closet. It had a metal encasing as the bathroom would bring moisture to it. The closet is well lit when you open the door. Going towards the right, you have a small changing room, where you have a full wall-length mirror and other cosmetics. After this, there is a partition between the grooming and the reading and working section. Here, we come to the wall that has the window. Here, near the partition, there is a simple hanging light, with enough lighting for a person to read. Just below it, there is a comfortable armchair, in which you can sleep, eat, and read. Right in front of it, there is a window from where you can see and feel the beauty of nature. There is a telescope placed near it, to see the night sky. Then, near the window is the study, where I have my laptop and a safe for my belongings. Here, the window is a bit customized, it is clear as an open window but bulletproof for every high-quality ammunition and soundproof. Now going towards the right, we come to the wall on the right of the window. This wall is decorated with one of the most beautiful bookshelves. It is filled with books, writing, and other stationery. Then there is a partition between the reading and the bedroom section. Then comes the bed, which has a coffee table on both sides of it and an internal compartment for storing things. The door and the bed have a partition in between them. Now, the only missing part is the fireplace, which is required for such extreme conditions as cold. The fireplace is situated between the bookshelf and the bed, which is quite small and sufficient for the area, making the place quite warm and cozy.

So this way, each section had its privacy and beauty.

Later, that evening, I finally had the pleasure of meeting both Mr. Holmes and Mrs. Hudson in person. I came to know that the rent of my lodgings is being paid by the government and a part of it, was being charged from the pension. So, technically I was getting only fifteen thousand for my extra needs. My office was set up on the ground floor. While Mr. Holmes had the complete second floor for himself.

On seeing him, it seemed as if the fictional life had come to reality for me. Like in the stories of Sherlock Holmes, Mr. Holmes has bought himself to be at par with the character and Mrs. Hudson in the novel. Seeing so much familiarity, I was at once in complete silence for a long time. I remember Mrs. Hudson saying something, but I was so absent-minded that I completely ignored her.
