It's been a relatively easy day as far as work goes. Katsuki hasn't had many deliveries, so he's been hanging around the shop and helping with some of the side work that's usually left for the end of the night. He's enjoyed getting to see his friends actually doing their job throughout the day. There's only one problem. Ena and Izuku are talking together, no big deal there. That's awfully common, but they've been making plans together, none of which involve him. I shouldn't be worked up over this. Of course, they'll hang out without me from time to time. He sighs as Ena's voice grows louder. "So hear me out, if you're really that nervous about going out around here, we can go to the town over. We'll have a good time and you'll cut loose a little, a nice little last hoo-rah before the man with a stick up his ass makes it home. I mean, it's next week, right?" she asks.

Katsuki stiffens, he didn't realize that Izuku's boyfriend would be back so soon. His hands clench into fists in his pockets as he walks toward the back. He goes to do a few of the dishes in the sink, something he's found is a little de-stressor while he's around here. It's usually quiet in the back and dishes are one of the few methodical things to do around here. He's able to make his way through everything with little to no interruption. Even his thoughts have been relatively mild in comparison to usual. With Eijiro and Shoto in town, he's taken on the role of simply keeping an eye on the public for the most part. All of the good intel is coming from the two of them for now. He doesn't really mind, but there's still a part of him that wonders why the commission is even bothering to keep him around until he's actually needed. He sets the last of the dishes on the drying rack in time for Ena to walk to the back with a smile. "Katsu! I've got a question for you," she starts.

He dries his hand with a small towel and leans against the basin of the sink, "Well, go ahead."

"Someone's awfully grumpy today," Ena sighs. "Think a night out with all of us would cheer you up?"

"Huh?" He asks. "You're asking me to hang out with you?"

Ena scoffs, "You act as I've never done that before. And it's not just me, it's Suki and Izu too. Just the four of us, a night on the town, and enough alcohol to knock an entire army on their asses. Sounds fun, doesn't it?"

Katsuki chuckles, "One problem, metal face. I don't drink. Not like that at least."

She groans, "You are such a stick in the mud. Fine, we'll drink and you can hang out with us and be the designated driver. That okay?"

"Yeah, sounds great."

Ena smiles, "Great. Well, because we're closing soon, I sent Izu home to change so he could meet us at my apartment in time. You're welcome to head out too."

"Alright," Katsuki grins. "I'll see you in a little while."

He leaves the cafe and makes his way home to start getting ready for his night out. He walks into the house and starts to shower. He closes his eyes allowing the water to run over his body and calm his nerves. He steps out of the shower to find that there's a text from Eijiro on his phone. By the looks of it, a lot of people are being moved around for the time being. It looks like something big is about to start happening. He frowns, wondering what the catalyst might be before texting his friend back telling him to keep him updated.

He walks to his closet, grabbing a simple burnt orange t-shirt and a pair of black jeans. He pulls it all together with a leather jacket and a pair of boots before going back out to his car and driving to Izuku's house, hoping he hasn't left yet. Like hell, I'd let him walk to Ena's this late. He stops at Izuku's house and notices the lights are still on. He makes his way to the door and prepares to knock just in time for it to swing open. Izuku stands in the doorway. He's in a baggy half green, half grey sweater with a white patch on the front and a pair of dark pants. He smiles shyly, "Kacchan? What are you doing here?"
