I briefly opened my eyes and found myself in my husband's arm as I snuggled into his neck. Flashbacks of the amazing night we shared came back to me and I buried my head back again in his neck as I blushed.

"What are you thinking of that's making you blush this hard?" He smirked because he knew exactly what I was thinking of but still left no chance to tease me.

"You love teasing me, don't you?" I frowned at him and he kissed my nose.

"You're my wife, I love playing around with you." He told me as he ran his hands through my hair and I turned over when my phone vibrated, indicating a text.

Rauf bhai: Nino, we're going to your in-law's house in the afternoon. Mama asked me to tell you so you and Ahad can be there too.

"Bhai said they're going to your parents' place so we should leave too now." It was already 10 in the morning so they'd be there in a few hours.

"Let's get up then." He got up with such eagerness as if he just wanted to leave already.

"I don't want to leave the bed, though." I pulled the blanket up and snuggled into it again.

"I will carry you to washroom if I have to, jaan. Get up." He said but I ignored him as I closed my eyes again.

"Are you testing me?" He crossed his arms and raised an eyebrow as he started down at me.

"Mhm, maybe. The bed is just too comfortable to get off." Alright, he wasn't lying as he scooped me up in his arms, with the blanket and carried me to the washroom and set me down as I held the blanket up to my body.

"You just didn't want to get up because you weren't wearing anything underneath, right?" He smirked and I punched his arm.

"That is not true because I am wearing something." I dropped the blanket from my body where I was wearing the shirt he discarded last night. It reached mid-thigh and the sleeves were too big but it was something. He stifled a laugh.

"You wore my shirt? When?" He asked as he fixed the collar first and then rolled up the sleeves so they weren't hanging off excessively.

"In sleep. Now take this blanket and leave." I shoved the blanket in his face and pushed him out of the washroom before locking the door.

"That's not how you should be treating me after the way I treated you last night!" He teasingly yelled from the other side of the door and I was thankful for the locked door so he couldn't see me furiously blushing on this side.

I wore a peach-pink and yellow kameez with beige trousers and Ahad had just given up on dressing up and threw on a polo shirt that made him look like he was ready to go to a golf club or horse riding.

Out of nowhere, Ahad sighed very deeply and his face fell.

"What happened?" I asked as I placed my hand on his upper arm as he drove.

"Nothing, I just still believe it that Rumi's getting married. I'm a little less worried because she's getting married to your brother and I know he'll take care of her but it's just weird. It feels like it was yesterday when I played with her when she was a baby and now she's all grown up and I'm married too." He told me as he removed my hand from his arm and intertwined our fingers on my lap. I smiled at his words, reassured that he trusted my brother too like I did.
