Chapter 76 - Trust

"Really?! In front of Kelly?" Hailey yelled
"Me and you both know he was going to shoot me with or without the cash!" Mallory yelled
"Would he though? I mean you're his best customer!" Hailey yelled
"Your way out of line there! Now if you'll excuse me I need to get home to my son!" Mallory yelled as she walked out
"You can't escape this! Your an addict Mal!" Hailey yelled

Mallory arrived home that night, Kelly was sat on the couch.
"Hey" Mallory smiled as she sat her bag down
"You shot the guy" Kelly said
"I had too Kelly, it's my job at the end of the day" Mallory said as she sat down next to him
"So that night with Dean? That was doing your job?" Kelly asked
"Who told you about that?" Mallory asked
"That's not important, you said you were clean" Kelly said
"I am! Do you really think I'd go back to that life?! After what happened in Hawaii?" Mallory said
"At this point I'm not too sure!" Kelly yelled
"Kelly" Mallory said however Kelly just walked upstairs

It was the next day, Kelly was at the firehouse, Mallory had noticed he had forgotten his phone. She decided to drop it off to him. When she arrived, Dean was doing inventory
"Mallory!" He smiled
"Hey, is Kelly around?" Mallory asked
"I believe he's in his quarters, although he's in one hell of a mood" Dean said
"Yeah, I think that might be because of me" Mallory admits
"Want to talk about it?" Dean offered
"It's really not that big of a deal-" Mallory explained as Kelly walked out
"Do you mind not drooling over my wife?" Kelly yelled
"Kelly, Don't" Mallory muttered
"No! Clearly he thinks he's got a shot with you!" Kelly yelled
"Hey, I was giving her someone to talk too without her fearing that I'll judge her!" Dean yelled
"Watch your tone!" Kelly yelled
"Maybe she wouldn't be talking to me if her so called husband wasn't such a dick!" Dean yelled
Kelly looked like he just saw red, he then punched Dean square in the face, however Dean didn't control himself either and threw himself at Kelly. They started to fight
"That's enough!" Mallory yelled trying to tear Kelly off
The rest of 51 ran out, Herrmann and Mouch grabbed Kelly and Capp and Cruz, Dean.
"What the hell was that?!" Mallory asked
"The guy was hitting on you! What else was I supposed to do?!" Kelly said shoving off Herrmann and Mouch
Deans nose was bleeding along with his lip and his face was all puffy and swollen. Where as Kelly had not one single scratch on him, other than what looked like a tiny cut on the side of his head
"You even so much as look at her again, your dead" Kelly threatened before walking off
Mallory followed him into his quarters

"What was that?!" Mallory yelled
"He was hitting on you! I did what I had too" Kelly said
"Then talk to him! Your his Luitenent, pull rank! That's what any normal guy would do! You don't go around hitting him!" Mallory yelled
"He needed to be taught a lesson!" Kelly yelled
"Shut up Kelly! What's really going on?!" Mallory yelled
"What other than the fact my wife's an addict?!" Kelly yelled
"You have no idea what your talking about" Chloe said
"Oh of course I do! Your hooked on them! No wonder you shot your dealer, was he going to let out your little secret?!" Kelly yelled
"Your way outta line!" Mallory yelled
"Am I? Admit it Mallory! Your an addict!" Kelly yelled
"I'm not going to stand here and listen to you!" Mallory yelled as she walked out
"You need to wake up and see it Mallory!" Kelly yelled
