Chapter 36 - Arguments

"What the hell Upton?!" Mallory yells
"I knew you were going to do something stupid!" Upton adds
"And so what if I did! This is my problem! What happened with shay is my problem not yours! Why do you keep getting involved?!" Mallory yells
"Mal" Upton says as she reaches out for her
"Don't!" Mallory yells as she walks away
Mallory then gets back to the district
"Hey Davis, Voight wants to see you" Jay explains
"Copy that" Mallory adds as she braces herself before walking in
"You wanted to see me Sarg?" Mallory adds as she smiles
"Yes! Come on in!" Voight explains as Mallory shuts the door
"What's going on with you?" Voight asks as Mallory sits down
"Personal problems" Mallory adds trying not to make eye contact
"Are you okay Davis? You've not been yourself?" Voight asks
"I can assure you it will not effect my ability to work" Mallory explains
"I didn't ask that, I asked if you were okay" Voight asks
Mallory sighs
"Not really" Mallory adds as she looks down
"What happened kid?" Voight asks as he sits up
"She cheated and then I broke off the engagement" Mallory adds as tears form in her eyes
"Aww kid" Voight says as he stands up and walks over to her
"I want her back! But I know I can't take her back!" Mallory sobs as Voight wraps his arms around her
It's an hour and a bit later and Mallory is packing up her things to go home. Everyone has left apart from her and Upton
"Night" Upton adds as she walks by Mallory
But Mallory doesn't reply
"So your not talking to me now? I was only trying to protect you!" Upton yells
"I'm not having this conversation" Mallory adds as she stands up
"Clearly you have something against me! So tell me what it is Mallory!" Upton yells as she grabs her hand
"You ruined everything! I was happy before you came! I was engaged! Something was actually going right in my life for once! And then you came and fucked it all up!" Mallory yells, with Upton's hand around her wrist
"I didn't tell her to get into bed with Devon! That was all her! What's even more pathetic is that your actually still thinking about her! She was always going to leave you Mallory! I could knew it from the first day I arrived! She's a heartless bitch who didn't care about you!" Upton yells
Mallory goes to say something but Upton talks over her
"And if you believe her act! Then maybe your just a bitch like her!" Upton yells as Mallory's eyes fall to the floor
"Copy that" Mallory adds before walking away
"No Mallory! I didn't" Upton adds before stoping herself
