Steve headed out to the yard with one hour on the clock, as instructed by the guard. Feeling exhausted and experiencing leg cramps from the lack of sleep in recent days, Steve placed a hand on his stomach. As he scanned the area, the sound of the door opening caught his attention. To his dismay, it was the man responsible for his father's and Luna and Kalani's grandfather's deaths. A confrontation ensued between them as they exchanged greetings. In a flash forward, Steve found himself stabbed in the stomach, overwhelmed with fear for Luna and Kalani's safety. Tears streamed down his face as he feared the worst for the twins.
