I sigh.

"What's up with you?" my brother asked looking at me confused.

"Nothing just waiting on someone."

"Why don't you call him?" he said

"I- it's not Tyler."

"I didn't say a name, you just exposed yourself." he said

"Ugh whatever!" I say and I grab my bag and walk out of the house.

Probably wasn't the best idea but I'll deal with the yelling later...

I saw miriam on a bench with her earphones in.

I walk over and she takes them off.

"Hey y/n what's up?"

"Oh well I was waiting for Tyler bc me and him we're supposed to hangout but he was a no show.." I say as I sit down by her

"Did you text him?"

"Yes like 5 times he didn't answer at all."

"Well why don't you see if he is home?"

"I guess I can go try that."

"You thin-"

"Miriam!"

"Right right sorry."

"Okay I'll see you later!" I say and start walking to his house.

I knock on the door and his mother answers.

"Oh hello y/n, are you looking for Tyler well sorry but-" she asked

"Yeah he promised me that me and him could hangout today an I was waiting for him"

"Well um I'll let him explain, I think he is in his room rn you may head up."

"Thank you." I say and went up to his room.

I knock on the door.

"What is it mom?" he yelled.

"Nice guess but try again!"

"Y/n?!" he screams and I heard a thug.

He opens the door.

He was holding his head as if he got hit with a bat.

I stand there confused on what just happened is he okay?

He looks away embarrassed.

"I um I'm so sorry..."

"It's okay but why didn't you show up?"

"I got in trouble and my mom wouldn't let me go out.." he said looking down.

"Oh. Why didn't you text me about it then I waited for a long time."

He avoided eye contact with me

"I got my phone taken-"

I laugh a little he looks at me confused

"Why are you laughing? Hey stop!" he grabbed me and pulls me in his room closing the door behind him.

He was hugging me tighter and tighter by each second.

"Tyler! Stop it!"

"This is revenge!"

I couldn't breathe

"I- I can't b-breathe!" I say and he let's go.

He looks at me concerned.

"Are you-"

I nod.

"Sorry."

"It's okay."

I sat down and started to calm down as my breathing went back to normal.

I look at him and his eyes lit up and he smiled.

"Oh! I almost forgot before I got in trouble I got you this!" he went down stairs and came back with a rose.

"A rose for a pretty girl" he says handing me the rose.

(Like that but he is handing it to y/n)

I smile.

"Thank you, it's beautiful"

"Not as beautiful as you"

"Your cheesy"
We both laugh.

"I know but you love don't you?" he says smiling like an idiot.
I can be cheesy too.
I stand up and hug him then I look him in the eyes.

"Yes but I love you more." I say and his cheeks turn pink.
