you were standing outside of some drug dealer named barry's house as you watched jj being followed by john b walking out of his house with something in his hand, john b yelling at him from behind. you snapped back into reality listening to what the rest of the group was saying.
"so that's what we're doing stealing from drug dealers now?" kie says
"this guy knows who we are, he's going to find us" sarah adds
"jj put the money back" you chimed in
"we're giving it back, give me this shit" john b said and went to grab the bag.
as john b went to grab the bag jj pulled back and pushed john b up against the van door and started to push john b. he was mad and irritated clearly but you knew this wasn't who he was, he was upset and didn't know how to handle it and never had the right influence to show him how to handle this type of anger.
"you really feel like a tough guy, huh jj? what are you going to do when he comes for us". john b said back
"we punch him in the throat" jj said
"yea good fucking idea jj" john b said
"im not putting it back, okay you know what im going to do, go off by myself because that's all i need right now". jj said grabbing the money bag back and started to walk off.
"jj wait cmon" you said going to ran after him
you finally caught up and grabbed his wrist and he stopped and turned to look at you with sadness and anger in his eyes.
"jj cmon please stop, put the money back" you said
"y/n no stop! i said leave me alone" jj said
"no, your not doing the right thing. i know you and your just upset" you said
"jeez y/n you really don't listen! leave!" he yelled back in your face making you upset
"ok whatever asshole" you said walking away
you just sat there as he walked away with tears in your eyes. your boyfriend just yelled in your face over some stupid money, what has gotten into him?
"y/n are you okay?!" sarah said as the rest of the group found you and walked toward you
"yea im fine me and jj just fought a little" you said
"y/n it's okay, he didn't mean it. when he gets like this you kinda just have to let him do his own thing and not get in the way or else he will bite back" john b said
"yea he's just heated now, he will wash up in a couple of days." pope added
you just nodded and got up
"thanks guys, i'm going to go home now" you said and walked away not even waiting for their response.
-3 days later-
a few days later and you had no text, calls, or anything from jj. you had just been in your room waiting for him to say something.
you were watching tv as you heard your doorbell ring.
"i got it!" you yelled to your parents and walked downstairs to the door
"jj?" you said as you opened the door to see him standing there
"hi" he said
"hi! hi? that's all you have to say after being a dick to me then ghosting me for 3 days" you raised your voice at him
"i know i know and im really sorry! please can i just come in and we will talk" he said
"whatever" you said closing the door behind him and sitting down on the couch
"so? talk!" you said as he was just staring at you
"im really sorry y/n, i tend to do really fucked up things that i really end up regretting when im upset and i know that's not an excuse, you know i really do love you it's just sometimes i need to be alone with my own thoughts, i understand what i did was wrong and i didn't mean i word i said to you" he blurted it all out like he had it all rehearsed
"im not going to sit here and be mad at you forever cause i get it , i've done some pretty bad things when im upset to but im your girlfriend and you have to tell me things or at least let me know what's going on because all i want to do is help you. " you said
"i know i understand im sorry, can we please be okay now?!" he said
you just pulled him in and kissed him. he started to deepen the kiss and moved his hand slowly up to your neck and lightly choked you.
you pulled away and smirked at him
"wanna go to my room?" you said and he just started walking right up there and you laughed
