There was a significant silence of a few seconds and Yoongi pinched the bridge of his nose with a deep sigh.

"I am NOT in love with D- look I don't even - okay why are we even having this conversation right now?? I'm asking you for some advice and you go on talking -"

"Woah take a chill pill man, I was just saying stuff without thinking, you're in denial I get it but at least ask her out. If you don't, things might not go as you want them to. If I were you I'd ask her to meet right now through text maybe."

There was a silence this time from Yoongi's side until he spoke up, almost sheepish.

"I don't have her number."

"You don't-..! Wait are you kidding me?? You-"he sighed. "You honestly haven't even asked for her phone number? Waah, you really lack in social skills don't you?"

"Okay I'm gonna hang up."

"No no wait okay, sorry but it really seems absurd to me. Okay, anyway we can fix that. When's the next time you're gonna see her?"

"Monday morning. In the train."

"All right. Then Monday morning it is. You ask her out for coffee. How are you gonna do it?"

"Um.. I don't know, I'll just-"

"Wait I'm in the car right now I'll come over and we can practice on how you're gonna do it."

"Ugh "Yoongi growled staring at his phone for a second before dropping it on the table with a sigh. He'd never hear the end of this.

In a matter of ten minutes, Hoseok was pulling over in front of his apartment. Having the keys to his best friend's front door had its perks. He opened and barged in with a joyful, "Yo it's me!"

"I'm in the kitchen"Yoongi responded and his friend made his way over to the table.

"All right,"he said with a smile, "let's get the AOD plan working!"

Blinking a few times, Yoongi leveled him with an unimpressed stare.

"What?"he asked.

"Oh yeah, it's code for Asking Out Dawn. It's dope right?"

"You do know what AOD means right?"

"Yeah, usually it's Always On Display but I thought oh well."

"You have no idea what it actually means, do you?"he sighed.

"Doesn't matter what it means it's a great name for a project!"

"It's a terrible name."

"Okay first off, screw you man coz I had to think hard for this one, and second-"

"You had to think HARD for a name like that??"

Sulking at his friend's lack of enthusiasm for the name he'd chosen Hoseok threw him a glare.

"Okay do you want help or not?"

"Yeah I do."

"Okay then, let's get started. So, how did you ask Leah out the first time? Back in high school right?"

Wincing at the name and the bitter taste it brought just by hearing it, Yoongi shook his head.

"Can we not?"

"Oh, yeah sorry, my bad. Let's just focus on Dawn."

Relaxing, the young producer nodded his head and muttered, "sounds good."
