my brain feels like it's spilling over
I feel like I'm spilling over
like I'm so full to the brim
that it's all falling out over the sides
and dripping off the ledge
how do I empty without draining it all
how do I un-tip the scale
and close the flood gates
and not spill over
I keep spilling over
will I ever stop
can I stop
or will I always be
dripping off the ledge
