Namjoon pulled in next to us, and as soon as the car stopped, my three youngest mates hopped out. Their voices were bright with eagerness and I couldn't help but smile along with them. Together, we headed towards the entrance, ready to begin our day. As we stood in line to enter, I looked around and noticed that there were a lot more humans than hybrids and the realization made me a little uneasy.

"Disgusting creatures. Why they let them in here is something I will never know." The voice behind me was full of hatred and I automatically turned to see a man standing behind us. He looked to be several years older than Y/N and he was with a woman, who had the same look on her face. I moved to Y/N's side and took her hand, knowing she wouldn't let anyone bother us. She squeezed my hand gently and gave me a reassuring smile before turning around.

"Excuse me, but do we have a problem?" Y/N's tone was polite, but I could sense the underlying rage in her voice, one I never wanted to be on the other side of.

The man snorted in response. "I don't think so. Unless you count bringing those abominations to somewhere they shouldn't be."

Y/N's eyes narrowed and still holding tightly to my hand, gestured towards the sign to her side. "Hmm... somewhere they don't belong, huh? Then tell me why that sign clearly states that hybrids are welcome. Or did you miss it entirely?"

"Doesn't matter what the sign says. It's disgusting to see them and the world would be a better place if they didn't exist." The man crossed his arms as though daring Y/N to disagree with him. From the way people were starting to gather, I could see that the man had drawn the attention he was seeking. The hybrids that were in the crowd looked uncomfortable and a couple of them even began to leave, tails dragging and ears down in embarrassment.

Y/N squeezed my hand gently one more time before letting go then took a step closer to him, a smug smile crossing her face when he automatically took a step backwards. "Look you jerk. I didn't come here with my family to be harassed by someone who is small-minded like yourself. You can either leave us the heck alone or I can report you to security. Take your pick."

"And security is going to do what?"

"Security will ask you to leave." A new voice cut in and I looked over to see a human male in a black uniform. He had his arms crossed over his broad chest and an angry look on his face. "The lady is right. This place is hybrid friendly. I suggest you leave if you are going to give the people who have a right to be here a hard time."

"This is ridiculous!" The man spluttered out his words in shock. "You're going to make me leave because of those things?"

The security guard uncrossed his arms and moved closer to the man. "Yes. Now leave."

The man went to protest, but when the security guard moved even closer, he muttered something under his breath, grabbed the hand of the woman next to him, and stalked off in the direction of the parking lot. The security guard turned to Y/N and gave her an apologetic smile. "I'm so sorry about that. We... we don't get people like that very often, but they are not welcome here."

The anger disappeared from Y/N's face and she gave the security guard a smile. "It's alright. It wasn't your fault and we don't hold you accountable."

The security guard blushed and I couldn't help but laugh at the way my mate made him act so cutely. "Well... still... please enjoy your day on us. I would like to offer free entrance to you and your group." Y/N went to say something, but the security guard stopped her. "Please. I insist."

Y/N nodded and we followed the security guard up to the gate. He scanned a badge on his uniform then handed the nine of us wristbands to enter. "Thank you for this." Jin shook the man's hand, who then turned and grinned at all of us.
