08. Yandere!Varian Part 2 (requested)

Life living in Varian's hands wasn't the best experience. Y/n now lived in Varian's home and he would never let her leave.She had been trapped under Varian's clutches for about a month now, and she was getting sick of it. When Y/n had asked about Quirin, Varian replied with, "He's in a better place now."

Whenever Varian had left him l the house, Y/n would come up with possibilities to get herself out of this mess. She had to do something before Varian got out of hand.

"M'lady, I'm home~" Varian greeted in a musical tone. "Let's cuddle."

"Varian, I-"

"I want cuddles!" Varian demanded.

"O-ok..."

Varian giggled as he played with Y/n's hair and it made her feel a little uncomfortable. However, she had to keep the act up. Varian could either kill her or her family if she said no to him.

"Y/n, can I feed you some chocolate that I found at the market? It's really good," Varian requested.

"S-sure," Y/n mumbled.

Varian pulled out a box of heart shaped chocolates. "Here you go, m'lady. Open up~"

Y/n obeyed and let Varian place the treat into her mouth. It was surprisingly good, which made Y/n smile a bit from how sweet it tasted.

"Aww, my Y/n smiled! How cute," Varian gushed. "Want some more?"

Y/n nodded reluctantly.

Time Skip

Later that night, Varian had decided to go to sleep after lots of forced kisses and cuddles. Y/n snuck over to Varian's desk as quietly as she could and pulled out a sheet of paper and a quill. She then wrote:

Dear Princess Rapunzel,

Varian is holding me hostage in his home and he's gone crazy. I need you to send backup as soon as you can.

Y/n

As soon as Y/n had finished the letter, she placed it inside an envelope, tied it to a spare later, and let it fly into the sky. Now all she had to do was wait...

Time Skip

Days had passed with no sign of Rapunzel and Y/n was growing desperate. She tried everything to get Varian to stop being so clingy, but he always hit her in response.

"Y/n, I made cookies! Let's eat them together," Varian chirped.

"Varian, I can't take this anymore! I can't let you force me to do anything!" Y/n snapped.

Varian fell silent for a moment. Then, he spoke in a deep, eerie voice. "What did you just say to me?"

Y/n started to eject, but Varian interrupted. "You can't say that to me! I love you and you belong to me! You're all I have and I can't let you get away!"

"Varian, I have family and friends. You can't keep me away from them forever."

"Well, maybe your family needs to be taught a lesson..." Varian pulled out a knife.

"No, Varian, stop! You can't do that!"

"I need to take them away from you or else you won't love me anymore." Varian opened the front door.

"Varian, please!"

Varian slammed the door shut and locked it. Y/n pounded on the door and wailed loudly. "Varian, come back! You can't hurt them! They're everything to me!"

About thirty minutes passed and Varian hadn't returned. Y/n figured that she had to do something to prevent Varian from hurting anyone else before Rapunzel arrived. She pulled out a spare knife in the kitchen and gripped it tightly out of anger. He shouldn't have messed with her family...

Time Skip

Y/n heard the door open and shut. Then heavy footsteps followed.

"M'lady, where are you?" Varian beckoned. Y/n remained silent in the other room. "Y/n~"

Y/n's heart pounded in her chest as Varian got closer. Just as he was about to poke his head around the corner, Y/n lunged at him, yelling and shrieking as she stabbed Varian in the leg.

"Y/N, WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!" Varian fumed. He struggled with all his might, but the pain in his leg prevented him from moving very much.

"I'm doing this for your own good. You can't keep treating me like this! I liked you more before you started acting like this," Y/n ranted. More tears spilled from her eyes.

"You don't understand! I love you, Y/n! I really do!"

"If you loved me, you wouldn't have killed my family!" Y/n retorted before stabbing Varian's other leg. Varian let out a shriek and grabbed Y/n's wrist.

"Stop right there, Varian!"

Y/n looked up and gasped when she saw Rapunzel, Eugene, Cassandra, and many knights standing at the doorway.

"Raps, I got him pinned down!" Y/n cried. "Please take him!"

Cassandra nodded, grabbed Varian, and pulled his arms behind his back.

"Let go!" Varian snapped.

"You'd better keep your mouth shut if you know what's good for you," Cassandra threatened. Varian shut up.

Rapunzel embraced Y/n. "Are you alright?"

"Yeah, I'm just fine. Thank you," Y/n replied. She squeezed Rapunzel tight.

In the end, Varian was put in prison for murder and attempted murder (if you count Oliver). Y/n would visit him often out of pity and because he was her best friend.

"Y/n, you came! Are you here to let me out?" Varian bubbled.

"Not a chance! You killed my entire family. I just wanted to keep you company, you know, to keep you from going crazy," Y/n scoffed.

"I'm already crazy! Crazy for you~"

"Don't be a creep."

"Alrighty then, M'lady~"
