"I can't get married to you"
I kept walking back, not breaking eye contact till my back hit the wall and he closed the dista...
"Julius!" I held his lifeless body in my arms as I cried my eyes out ,and all of a sudden I was being pulled away from him as I tried my hardest to fight back but he faded away into the darkness.
"Julius!"
I sat up with my hand stretched out. I had ragged breaths as my chest rose and fell. I was crying as a layer of sweat coated my forehead.
I ran a hand through my hair as I tried to regulate my breathing . I blinked slowly. My eyes felt really heavy. Then it hit me! Julius! W-where is he!
I looked around to see I wasn't in my room. Heck, I had no idea where I was. The room was beautiful yes but I couldn't recognise it

The room door opened and mother came in with Mom and Mrs Juli. I sat at the edge of the bed and mom came to me.
"How are you sweetie?"
She kissed my face and I held her hand
"I'm fine mom"
"We were all so worried Vera"
"Where's Julius?"
The three women exchanged looks between each other before they returned their trained looks to me.
"He's fine . You can see him later but for now you need to rest " Mom said trying to lay me back down
"Yes Vera H-he's fine"
"Mother your lying to me. Please I want to see him " Tears stung my eyes and they sighed coming closer to me. They helped me into a wheel chair as I was to weak to walk by myself.
They rolled me into a completely different hall way We took a left turn into a semi crowded room. I saw Aldonis , father and Mr Chrysantos standing around a bed. I was rolled to the side of the bed where my eyes fell on who was laying in it and my face went pale.
In the bed was Julius. He had on an oxygen mask and tubes connected to his wrist. He had a bandage on his head as his face looked worn out and exhausted.
Tears fell from my eyes as the pain stung my heart. Mrs Chrysantos came and hugged me and I burried my face into her gown.
"W-what happened to him" I sniffled pulling away
"The doctor said he suffered a head injury and due to it he slipped into a comas. He could have died but he didn't. The doctor doesn't know when he is going to wake up but they are keeping him on life support "
She couldn't hold back her tears and Mr Chrysantos came forward and held unto her as she broke down into sobs. In a haze of tears I looked at Julius as he lay on the bed.
I took his hand in mind and kissed the back of it.
"I'm here. I won't let you go. You'll be fine" I whispered as drops of my tears fell unto his hand.
I felt Aldonis's hand on my shoulder. He wasn't crying but the amount of pain I could see hidden behind his emotionless face was alot. Julius was like a brother to him and no matter how strong he needed to be he also needed to cry it out .
I stared at the face I had started loving. He risked everything to save me. Despite being hurt he risked his life for me and it brought even more tears to my eyes
