01. this goes without saying but please be respectful of everyone's character!! you can dislike a character but please do not take it to their author!! if i see any direct hate you will be blocked. this goes with being hateful in any homophobic, racist, transphobic, or ableist ways. if i see any discrimination not only will you be blocked but reported. sorry, not sorry.
02. please make your characters as diverse as possible!! this goes for sexuality, race, etc. not only this but i do not want to se ether same old personality. try to make your character stand out! i also don't want all white women!! make your character poc, give them different genders. something that i've struggled with with apply fics is that no one wants to apply men!! i know, it's harder, but please consider making a man or at least someone on the masculine spectrum.
03. when you submit your form, please make it organized!! for example, say the name of your character and then reply with your form please. also, if you would like, use fonts and symbols to the best of your abilities!!
04. you have two passwords!! one is positing this to your message board (preferably and most likely with the 'announce to followers' on!) the second is your favorite animal.
05. if you would like your character to have both cameron and ambella as love interests, please make their sexuality apply to both characters!!
06. try to apply as someone relevant to the selection!! don't be afraid to be creative.

some notes!! you don't need any background information on the selection. if you don't know what it is, here is a short description of a selection— a child who is heir to the throne of illéa accepts 35 different people (traditionally women, up until queen eadyln's reign) from each province are chosen to visit the castle and win the heirs heart. this can go on for as long as possibly until the heir narrows it down to what was previously known as "the one" when the caste system was still in place. (the caste system, in simpler terms, were numbers of class, political, educational, and career labels that you were assigned with at birth. this system was demolished come the reign of king maxon and queen america.) if you make it to the final ten, you are in the elite. i will be accepting 10-15 people (of any sex and gender) which fill out the last standing positions. it'll be pretty painful to see your character leave, i know, but make sure you don't stop reading when it happens! they will still be interacted with and referenced in the story. sorry this was so long, and i really hope you guys have fun!!!
