Arre! Laari wale bhaiya! Please! Idhar!
You know, people prefer five-restaurants! Aise, Taj, and Sanjeev Kapoor ka khana, when they visit India as a tourist.
But we desis, hum sabko pata hai! Sanjeev Kapoor is NOTHING infront of street stalls~ a.k.a, laaris.
Like there's so many things, we never know what to eat!
Firstly, there's pav bhaji. Actually any bhaji, when they mix it, aisa lagta hai kungfu ki practice chal rhi hai! I mean, they legit work so fast you don't know what they're doing.
Then, there's the pani puri. I can only describe this in sentences:
1. Bhaiya, thoda aur teekha/meetha banao.
2. Bhaiya, aaloo zyada please.
3. Bhaiya, ek sukhi puri (one without the water that we eat for free;))
And lastly, street stalls always have so much butter and ghee available, I honestly think im eating butter, when I order pav.
