He usually follows America/USA around. He hovers over his shoulder. When he sees a northern state he asks if he can shoot them. America will then kick him and send him away.(he always comes back eventually) USA will just ignore him. The northern states hate when USA ignores CSA because it means they get beat up later.
He shouts at other countries and states all the time. He carries whisky and a musket with him everywhere. He picks fights with everyone except for his former states and Third. He hates everyone, especially humans. He hunts humans until he gets caught by America, who's the only one who can make him do anything. Nobody knows where he hides the bodies.
