Yesterday's Model United Nations conference went really well! All the resolutions (4) we wanted to pass did! My partner and I represented China and we mostly just influenced people to vote with us. We didn't have much preparation, so we couldn't really do much else.
If you have a Model UN club in your school I would highly recommend joining, it is super fun!
