                                                  "Positive." You smile.
"I'll take your word." He says, finishing up his plate, then standing up.
"I'll take yours." He says grabbing it.
"Thanks!" You say.




It was about 30 minutes later and the 2 of you were playing a card game on the couch out of boredom. It was nice it was fun. Until suddenly...
"Y/N! Im home!" Mom says opening the door in the other room.
"shoot, hide! Uh uh..." you whisper grabbing his wrist.
Hunters sweating. You open up the broom cupboard and shove him in there.
"Don't make any noise! I'll let you out when it's safe." You say.
"U-uh Um wait I-" Hunter was about to say but you closed the door.
"..... I need to use the restroom." Hunter says softly.
You run to the front room and welcome your mom in. 
"Mom! Hi! How are you!?" You say.
"Im so sorry for coming home late sweetie, there were so many patients I had to take care of I had to pull an all nighter, I'm exhausted." She says.
"OH? well uh in that case you should get some sleep stat! Don't want you being grumpy!" You say grabbing her arm and running up the stairs.
"Hun? Why are you acting so strange?" She says.
"Strange? I don't know what you're talking about mom! I'm just excited! Todays gonna be a great day!" You laugh nervously opening the door to her room.
"Okay, stop, I know you Y/N, somethings up." She says closing the door to her room.
You gulp.
In the meantime in the broom cupboard, there lies Hunter and Flapjack, Hunter needing to use the restroom really badly. 
"I have to GO, I'm sure we'll be fine! Right??" Hunter says to flapjack.
He chirps in response.
"Yeah exactly! See you know what I mean!" Hunter laughs opening the cupboard.
He takes a quick peek around to check if the coast is clear. 
"All good." He says quickly opening up the door and softly closing it.
"Shoot. Where's the bathroom?" He smiles sadly.
Meanwhile you and your mother were arguing upstairs.
"MOM! I'm not hiding anything!" You say grabbing her arm, trying not to get her downstairs.
"Look I don't like this attitude your giving me." She says grabing your arm.
"MOM!! I'm not! I just really think you should go sleep!" You say.
"Okay that's it, you're going to let go of my arm right now or your grounded. Even from your work, and you know your father can arrange that easily." She says.
"MOM!!" You say.
"5." 
"Mom, if you'd just let me explain!" 
"4." 
"Can you just cut this out?! This is ridiculous!!" 
"3."
"MOM!" 
"2..."
"OKAY!! Okay I'll talk." You say.
She folds her arms and listens.
