Present A/N- Hello everyone! It's been a while. This chapter has been written for quite a while, so I thought I would release it. There's another reminiscent chapter that has also been written that I may release in a couple days. I do want to finish this book, so I hope new chapters will be written in the future. Please enjoy!! - Finn

A/N- I've actually started to switch in between first person and third person. The sections will be shown clearly so one can notice a change.

Many of the agency members were scrambling around, gathering their things. It was almost time for us to catch a jet and head back to Yokohama. I for one was checking other people's baggage, making sure everything was packed. I had everything ready to leave, so I didn't have much else to do.

"Kunikida?" I turned my head and saw Yosano peeking out of the door from one of the hotel rooms. "Are you busy?"

"Not at all." I responded, straightening my posture and preparing for a task.

"I need to finish collecting my things, do you think you could watch over Mirai?" The doctor asked eagerly. I nodded and walked over to the room. I closed the door and looked around but did not see anyone.

"Mira-?"

"Right here." I flinched and turned, noticing she was standing right next to me. She tilted her head over to the side and smiled a childish grin. "You seem so tense, is something the matter?"

"No." I responded, immediately relaxing my muscles and leading her over to one of the chairs. I did not feel comfortable with her standing right next to the door. "I actually have a question for you."

"Yes?" She swerved her body around and collapsed onto the chair behind her. The woman crossed one leg over the other and smiled.

"The gala is in a couple weeks, but is there anything we can do to stop these killings from happening till then?"

"Hmm, well sure. I could let them know that the Angel is coming to the gala, and she wishes there to be no sacrifices until they see her again." Mirai shrugged and sank deeper into the chair.

"Wouldn't that require us to let you go though?"

"That is correct, Kunikida."

"How do we know you'll really tell them that?"

"If the killings continue, then don't come to the gala."

"That doesn't make sense, we need to go to the gala. We'd have something to lose if we don't go."

"I would as well."

"And what would you lose?"

Mirai uncrossed her legs and stood up. She crossed her arms and leaned on her hip. "Why...entertainment of course. Believe it or not Kunikida..." The woman continued to walk and came very close to me. I stayed frozen in my position as our chests touched. "I'm actually looking forward to this event very much." She smirked, not looking away from my glance. I squinted my eyes and did not look away.

"What do you plan on doing?"

"Oh don't worry, nothing bad. I just wish to have a dance with a few people." She turned around, letting me breathe once again. "That includes you, you know."

"Me? Why would you want to dance with me? What significance do I have to you?" I took a few steps back and moved my upper body around a bit, still feeling the chill in my bones.

Mirai was silent. The only movement she made was walking back to her chair and sitting back down in it. She looked to the floor then back at me. "My father...is annoying. This whole group is annoying. They think they have authority over everyone." I raised an eyebrow, not knowing why she changed the topic. The woman leaned back and crossed her arms. "So much so that I became excited when a certain individual began blowing up official government buildings."
