Jisoo Kim has morals and she holds them close to her - but that is starting to be a difficult task when she meets Park Chaeyoung - a sophomore blonde-ridiculously tall-smart-gorgeous-law student - and her boyfriend, Although Jisoo missed their introductions since she was busy eating chicken and playing her new game she was more than making it up to it now.
What does she even see in him? Lisa, the one who introduced her to Chaeyoung notices the glare she sends on Taehyung's back every time they're together - which then leads to Lisa uncovering her crush on Chaeyoung
There's a mischievous glint on Lisa's eyes and a small smirk is playing on her lips, "But she has a boyfriend though". Jennie, her cousin turned around from where she was sitting to face them but Lisa narrows her eyes on her which made the latter turn her back again and Jisoo is so busy with her dilemma she didn't even bother ask what's up with the two
"I know - which is why I'm not gonna do anything about it"
"But why? I mean you're obviously the better choice" Lisa goads
"Lisa?"
The thai looks at her expectantly, "Yes?"
"I will break your legs and arms if you ever tell anyone about this, capiche?"
The mischievous look on Lisa's face is long gone and is now replaced with terror and fear which had Jisoo laughing in her seat.

Jisoo doesn't tell Chaeyoung her feelings but she does a lot of things that hints to her unsaid feelings - like posting a lot of things on her twitter account (she never once used this except now that she found out that her crush spends a lot of time on the said platform) or just being nice to her (more than she usually is) - the second one was not as subtle as she think it is because Taehyung looks at her weirdly when she pulls a chair for Chaeyoung
She even left questions and notes on the girl's curiouscat account - that was pretty ballsy and stupid. It was stupid.
Although she did get a reply.

Jisoo sends a basket full of snacks on her dorm room as an anonymous gift sender and she gives Chaeyoung another basket of food later when they meet, the way Chaeyoung hugs her made her think that the girl might be unto her antics.
When she's not being a stalker and creep she's actually being a great friend to Chaeyoung - and Taehyung (she says this begrudgingly but not really) because as much as she hates it, the guy is actually nice and Jisoo can be nice to other people (if the moon is in accordance to her sign - this is according to Lisa because she doesn't really believe any of that crap)
Although (once again according to Lisa) she gets pissed off quickly if the moon is not with her - whatever the hell that means but she gives props to the Thai because the moment she finds out Taehyung ditched Chaeyoung alone in a party she was fuming mad
Jisoo made her way to Chaeyoung, her anger subsiding as she lay eyes on the beauty in front of her, "Are you okay?"
"No" the girl says but is smiling, "Taehyung ditched me for a bunch of football players"
What an asshole
"Do you wanna get out of here?" She asks and Chaeyoung nods
They spent the rest of the night in a more quiet bar where they played darts (Chaeyoung won) and talked about a hundred different things
Jisoo then walks Chaeyoung to her dorm room and in return, the girl kisses her cheeks
She doesn't know what to feel the next day - because technically speaking Taehyung is still in the picture and Jisoo is practically a pawn in cheating - she doesn't know what to feel about that yet.
Fast forward to a few weeks, she sees Taehyung making out with the captain of the football team - if she wasn't so confused she would've beat the hell out of the guy but she walks away and thinks about her situation more
She didn't know Taehyung is gay - not that she's against that (duh) but Taehyung is with Chaeyoung and that is...this is confusing.
But then again Chaeyoung is gay so maybe they both swing that way? - Jisoo wonders if they're in an open relationship because Chaeyoung sends a wink to her when they pass each other in the hall
The thought quickly vanished because her heart is hammering in her chest that she can't think straight
Lisa tells her that Chaeyoung and Taehyung broked up - she had that giddy smile on her face that makes Jisoo want to break her nose but refrains on it because Chaeyoung is single!
Oh sh- She's single
Jisoo breaths happily, finally it's a fair game.
...
Normally she'd wait a few months as a sign of respect but she can't wait anymore so she asks Chaeyoung on a date - half expecting to be rejected but to her surprise the girl pulls her into a bear hug and says yes
Jisoo takes them to a retro dinner, and they just talked - just talking and she feels elated
"I know I'm not supposed to say this but I'm a better boyfriend than Taehyung"
Jisoo was met with stunned silence and she fears that she might have overstepped but before she can apologize Chaeyoung is laughing
"That's probably true but Tae is more of a girlfriend" the girl says in between laughs
"I know -"
"We were never together"
Jisoo looked at Chaeyoung in shock, "What?"
"Taehyung - he's like a sister of mine, I said that when we met"
"No, you didn't"
"Yes, I did. You're probably to busy playing and eating that you didn't hear"
"B-But Lisa-"
"-Lisa got a week of free food from Nayeon and Joy because she managed to pull this off"
"What?"
Chaeyoung just laughed at her
"But - But you were always together"
"He's my bestfriend, of course we're always together"
Jisoo lets the situation sink in, "Oh so that's why he looked at me funny everytime I'm nice to you - I thought he was jealous or something" she says in realization
"Yep"
"Oh" Jisoo blows out a breath, "Did you know?"
"I did"
"And you didn't tell me?"
"It was fun to see you struggle"
...
"Whatever, I can be a better boyfriend and/or girlfriend that whoever"
"I'm pretty that contest is over when you gave me two basket of food"
"Damn, right"
