The red string fate is everyone's favorite tale- connected through time and universe.

How about reincarnation? Do you believe such tales?

Jisoo Kim and Park Chaeyoung are both reincarnated every lifetime- in every uiniverse, connected by the same string of faith- faith that Jisoo Kim is the very reason why Park Chaeyoung dies

Not technically murder but every action that she does affects the other, be it she missed a train ride or forgot to pick up her coffee - every action Jisoo does have an effect to Chaeyoung and one of those actions are bound to end the latter's life

There was a time where Opera's are the major source of entertainment, Jisoo Kim is a famous owner of the largest opera house in Korea- and Park Chaeyoung is a rising star of the Opera scene 

"Ms. Kim- there is a Park Chaeyoung here to see you" one of the staff tells lady of the house but she was busy overseeing the current play that is happening 

"Tell her to get lost" Jisoo says mindlessly 

That rejection caused Chaeyoung to leave the Opera house earlier and was alone in the streets since everyone is either at home or at the said Opera house- which resulted to her being mobbed and killed in the streets of old Seoul

The year was 1956, Park Chaeyoung is the young master of Korea's most prominent family and Jisoo Kim is a common girl looking for a job that pays well enough for her to continue living 

"I heard the Park Household is looking for a new housekeep, you can try start there" another commoner, Seulgi suggested 

In another time Jisoo would've flat out refuse to associate herself with snobby rich brats but she really needed the money so she sucked it up and went to the Park Manor but before she could reach the family house she took rest at an inn where she met the lovely Jennie Kim- the owner of the inn who, coincidentally looking for a helper which Jisoo applied for 

The young businesswoman took an instant liking towards Jisoo and hired her immediately even if the latter already promised to arrive at the manor this left the Park manor without a housekeep- without help Chaeyoung had to take responsibility for some of the chores which left her tired so she immediately fell asleep leaving a few candles on resulting to a fire that killed 5 people- one of which is the young master of the Park Manor

It was 1980's that Korea is under martial law which resulted to a lot of conflict- one of which is the death of a college student Park Chaeyoung who got caught in between a protest against the current government. 

The protest that was neither peaceful nor violent turned tables quickly after a protester threw a Molotov cocktail at the military which resulted to a violent spree against them- Chaeyoung a college student  who's on her way home back to the dorm when she got ran over by protesters which resulted to various injuries

Due to the martial law she wasn't given medical attention and died slowly outside of the hospital- later in the news the military revealed that the protest killed at 2 dozen people and injured many more, including the leader and mastermind of the said outcry
