Leilani Lyon-Martínez is a 27-year-old women living in Mallorca, Balearic Islands. After completing all of her education, and finishing off with her classmate and now husband Miguel, they settled down in their honeymoon location and are living peacefully together as a couple, expecting their first child.
Feeling confident and highly ambitious, she sets up her first business and everything seems to be going well until another laboratory moves in nearby. This is run by none other than her rival, Paula from their student days, who seemed to copy everything Leilani did, only wanted to be better.
They soon clash like never before, but only one will fall, but this fall won't be only fall between them.
