"So, this Magolor figure, do you think that they can be trusted?" Freya asked her, folding her arms and expressing her concern,"Because if you don't, I won't either."

(Y/n) took a moment to think. True, they could be innocently looking for their ship's missing pieces. However, most of the newcomers that get Kirby's help never have the kindest intentions. Usually, they got fought by Kirby and lose, after showing him their true colours. The possibility was there, but there was no evidence yet to support their claim.

"If Sir Meta Knight doesn't trust them, then why should we?" (Y/n) reasoned, shrugging,"I doubt they're that good of a person anyway, since they've probably done it on purpose. I mean, how do you accidentally crash land in such a way that the majority of your ship is fine? I mean, the pieces practically snapped off and bounced away, from the condition of it."

"Really interesting.." Freya mumbled to herself, narrowing her eyes. Slowly, she widened them in realisation,"You don't think that Sir Meta Knight will get hurt, do you? If it's like you said, then he could be in trouble!"

Yes, the knight could effortlessly fight off any threats that dared to face him, but what if this was different? This person had interdimensional transport at their disposal, so only Nova knew what they were capable of.

Overthinking, (Y/n) squeaked,"What if they try to throw him into another dimension? What if they try to just erase him from existence? Then what?"

Freya twirled her hair around her index finger idly,"I doubt he's that stupid. An enemy is supposed to be smart when using manipulation; they have to play the friend card until they've amassed their weaknesses, then exploit those to earn victory."

"How...how would you know that?" (Y/n) gulped, worried about her.

Scoffing, she gave a reasonable reply,"Psychology major. I studied it so I could always know how others felt, then I'd be a better friend. To be honest, it sounded better in my head."

"No, that's awesome!" She chirped, gripping her by the shoulders. Freya slowly slid her hands off, telling her not to touch her.

"Anyway.." (Y/n) begun,"If that 'Magolor' even thinks of hurting Sir Meta Knight, or anyone that goes with him, I'll make it a less than favourable experience for them."

Her eyes faded into a deep purple again, and Freya assumed it was witchcraft. She didn't see it as a red flag whatsoever,"You tell 'em, (Y/n)!"

(Y/n) gave a little scoff, then a snicker, then a chuckle, then a giggle which morphed into a fit of laughter.

Freya smirked, taking it into account.

"Are you sure this is a good idea, Saffy?" Angelica questioned, sounding uncertain,"I don't think that he'll appreciate us snooping.."

The three maids stopped in their track as they came to a halt. A single bush served as cover, allowing them to hear the conversation that went on.

"Something tells me he'll kill us when we get back!" The maid hissed, worried about the outcome.

Persephone cut in,"If Sir can't trust him, what gives us the right? And, if he happens to get injured in battle, then what? He could be exploited for all we know."

"He is getting exploited, is what you mean." Saffron butted in,"Magolor's using him. He's a disgusting leech and we have no right to trust him."

"Thank Nova I'm tech savvy." Persephone smirked, pulling out a phone and going on it.

Angelica didn't get the memo,"What does that have to do with anything?"

The group they were watching entered the Lor Starcutter and Persephone held her phone up to Angelica,"I've managed to access the webcam aboard their ship. I believe the ship's called..."

For a moment she stalled, reading the name,"..The 'Lor Starcutter'..?"

"What a name for a ship that can cut through the fabric of reality, travel through dimensions at will and go swifter than the speed of light." Saffron muttered, sounding somewhat displeased.

"You can determine all of that from the ship alone?"

"Well, I witnessed it's crash landing so I put two and two together and deduced it from that." Saffron replied, giving Angelica a cocky glance,"And I clarified the information by overhearing passing conversation."

"Okay, that's cool and everything but..your face." Persephone interrupted, pointing to a bleeding scratch mark that was fairly deep,"Can you not feel that or something?"

"CIP, yeah." She responded, not bothered in the wound,"Anyway, what do you think will happen then?"

The other two shrugged, curiously admiring their sister's confidence.

"I would've thought you'd remember my condition though.." Saffron mumbled,"Or did I never tell you?"

"All we know is that you don't react to pain. We just thought you were incredibly strong." Angelica responded,"You never told us what happened when you came back from the doctors after getting shot that one time. You just said to us,'The doctor says the bleedings internal, but I don't feel it.' and we thought you were making a joke or being tough."

She only hummed a slight response, keeping her focus fixated on the phone, which showed the inside of the Lor Starcutter.

It was a simple room, coloured with blue and white. A large screen sat in front of them all, describing various of Dreamland's noteworthy treasures. A glimpse of the words,'Galactic Clockwork Comet' could be seen before the text shuffled on into a foreign language.

The four of them listened on to the Halcandran's babbling, hearing him trip back and forth between topics almost intentionally. They remained silent, listening closely to what he had to say.

"We can get those pieces for you, easy!" Dedede roared, raising his mallet confidently,"It'll be a piece of cake for the lot of us!"

Kirby's mouth watered at the statement, until he noticed that they weren't getting any cake.

The knight stood there, not making a sound. Obviously, he had no trust in the newcomer, and refused to believe anything that he was requesting was of an innocent nature. Yet, that knowledge was kept to himself, possibly to reveal later when the evidence was evident.

"Nothing that's going on makes any sense. Why would he just stay quiet when he knows what's going on?" Angelica piped up, her cheeks flushed a light red,"H-He could get the others killed!"

"If Dedede's dead, the world will be a better place for everyone else." Persephone cockily scoffed, crossing her arms.

Sighing, Saffron rolled her eyes and stated,"He knows what he's doing. He's just waiting to draw the right card so he has the better hand."

"Could you maybe say that in English?" Angelica mumbled.

"He's waiting for the right time." Persephone translated, glaring at Saffron.

"I guess the best we can do is wait." The two elder ones murmured.
