Sometimes my life is full of strife
My pen lays flat; no words chitchat
It's hard to find peace in my mind
My garden's brown; lips hold a frown
What will it take to stop this ache?
That troubles mind; keeps words confined
.....
I step outside and let eyes glide
On melting snow reflecting glow
From sun rays' gleam see nature's scheme
To bring a change in winter's range
For though it's cold, new life is bold
Thick blades of green in garden scene
Reminding me no life is free
Of trials and tests or daily quests
Just like new sprouts, day in, day out
And soon I'll bloom; discard my gloom
And words will flow to paint a glow
End winter's storm as hearts grow warm
