My hubby went to the Asian store today and bought these! It's been 2 years since I ate Water Spinach (Kangkong). I'm so excited to cook them. It's been a while since I ate Bean Sprout as well. Oh, how I miss this kind of hot peppers. I also miss Filipino pork rinds but this one isn't Filipino.
Isn't it obvious how I miss the Philippines? I want to go home. I can eat all of these on a daily basis unlike here. So, you people who want to go abroad, ask yourself again and ponder on it a hundred times if you want to live your life away from your comfort zone and food! 🤣 As for me, I can do it but the feeling of homesickness is unbearable. No matter how you get used to it as time flies by but the yearning you feel towards your home country is still there and will always be there lingering in your heart and mind. 😉
