George Weasley

Idea: George gets jealous when reader gives Free attention. This was heavily insured by a tik tok creators DR  but the context was different. So basically they both had a jealous George lol

He's been acting weird.

He's been more angry lately and that's odd since he's not the one with a firey temper... Usually at least.

It's been at least all week, I thought giving him some space might help but it only seemed to piss him of more.

This is also why I'm yelling through the corridors for him now.

"George! George! Where in the bloody hell are you?!"

That man will be the end of me I swear it.

"If you don't show yourself this instant I will send a letter to Molly now get out here!'

I was sitting in the common room waiting for him with Fred.

He came in, saw us, then left.

It was so confusing it took me a second to grasp before I was out the door.

What was his deal?

"George, mate, come off it! What is going on with you?"

Finally I saw him torwards the end of the hall... And I took off sprinting through the corridors.

"Hah! Found you, not so fast now hmmmm?"

He said nothing and he didn't turn around, I stopped for a minute.

"George?"

Still nothing, I was on edge now. What if it was some kind of prank?

Then I heard it.

A shuddering breath that rattled his shoulders.

My eyes went wide, was he crying?

I walked slowly around him, staying quiet as I looked up at him.

His eyes red and his cheeks swollen.

My face fell.

"Georgie? Love, what's going on?"

He shook his head, falling back against the wall before sliding down it.

I did the same but instead sitting in front of him.

He'd never answer me if I wasn't looking him in the eye.

"Talk to me, you've been strange all week."

He kept his eyes to the ground.

Nope.

Not gonna work.

I moved my hand carefully under his chin, pulling his face up gently to get a better look.

He looked so broken.

What the hell happened?

"George, I need you to talk to me. Please, I can't help if you don't let me."

He nodded before taking a breath.

"Do you not like me as much anymore?"

Whatever I was expecting, it wasn't that.

"What? George, what does that mean? Why would I 'not like you as much anymore?'"

He shrugged and tried to look away again but I placed my other hand to his cheek, wiping some of the tears away and making sure he stayed looking at me.

"You've been hanging out with him, so much more than usual. Did he charm you too?"

I shook my head gently.
