It had been a few days since Clifford first got admitted to the pound. Piss Perish and him haven't gotten along well at all. On the first day he was there, Piss Perish put laxative in Clifford's kibble. Clifford shit at least 5 big shits all over the pound floor. On the second day he was there, Clifford tried to get back at Pish Perish by sneaking into his puppy room and stealing his porn magazines. He seen Bugs Bunny, Jessica Rabbit, and all kinds of weird shit. But as he was taking it, Piss Perish walked in and saw him. Piss Perish ran towards Clifford and bit his leg. Clifford decided to flee and he escaped the pound. He was on the run now, he couldn't believe he had actually escaped. As he was running away he seen the most handsome man ever, it looked just like Dr. Tipless! Clifford ran over to him and tackled him, he needed this man's bussy ASAP. When he tackled the man he noticed his face, it was Dr. Tipless! Or, so he thought it was, but this man's voice was very different and his personality was too...
