Exploding Storm

"Don't worry, Monoma," Kirishima said. "He's got sides to him you wouldn't expect. But it's true, this is the first time we've seen him put everything on the line for someone else."

I looked from them back to the screen where Katsuki was grinning. It's not the first time...at least not for me. I remember how close he held me when we were kidnapped. How much he tried to protect me from...him.

"He silently snuck up on them," Midoriya said snapping me out of my thoughts. "They're using the opposite strategy now."

Awase used some of the pipes to trap Katsuki between columns. He welded the pipes to Katsuki's gauntlets and other parts of his costume.

Sero tried to grab Awase with his tape but he managed to get away. Sato ran in and punched all of the pipes trapping Katsuki. His gauntlets were broken in the process but he was free to go after Awase.

Awase quickly covered himself in armor just as Katsuki reached him. However Katsuko jumped over him, leaving him to Jiro and Sero.

Katsuki continued moving forward to get Bondo. Bondo sent a glob of glue to try and grab Katsuki but he avoided it with an explosion before blasting Bondo. In the smoke Sato grabbed him and held him firm.

Sero and Jiro were able to capture Awase before heading off to meet with their teammates.

"What quick work from class A!" Vlad announced. "They've captured two of my students in the blink of an eye!"

I could hear Monoma growling in frustration. I turned to see a deep scowl on his face.

"Really? That tyrant never had a cooperative bone in his body! You're telling me he's mellowed out this much!"

"Jiro and the boys have good faith in him," Uraraka said.

"Their trust is how they are able to get the job done," I added on.

Katsuki went after Kamakiri next and took him down with a few quick moves. Katsuki's speed and agility winning him that one as he slammed Kamakiri against the wall with the force of an explosion backing him up.

All that was left was Tokage. Sero attached a grenade he had gotten from Katsuki onto one of the pieces Tokage had sent off. As it came back to her it exploded. She narrowly managed to avoid it but she fell into a trap laid by Katsuki. He jumped up from behind her and brought his hands together firing off a stun grenade move. The bright light and explosion was enough to bring her down.

Katsuki's team had one 4-0 within five minutes of starting.

"Class A's unexpected teamwork has led them to a 4-0 victory!" Vlad announced.

"You kept overall damage to a minimum and we're very efficient from start to finish," Shota said, giving them their results. "With Bakugo's mobility and power being the foundation, you three worked well and everyone did their jobs well."

"You guys had a solid strategy based on your opponents past fights and strengths," Vlad said to his students. "But the plan was too rigid unlike Honenuki's flexible approach."

"Sorry I dragged you down with me," Tokage apologized.

"Nah," Awase said. "Once their star player started using team work we never stood a chance."

Kaminari went over to praise Katsuki and the rest of his team but they were stopped by All Might.

"That gave me chills!" All Might smiled.

Katsuki turned and walked off, "oh yeah? Well you better see a doctor."

"Kacchan!" Midoriya exclaimed as Katsuki came near us.
