I realized Willow had been quiet all day. "Are you nervous like I am?" I felt Willow stir before answering. "I am excited but nervous. I know the pack respects us and likes us, but I still can't help the thought they won't accept us." I knew I was nervous about that too, but I knew it wouldn't happen.

"Alright come on mom," Clover pulled me from my thoughts. Marissa reluctantly sat in the chair and let the girls get her ready. I knew I wouldn't be much help, so I sat and watched them.

They all looked great by the time they all got done. I wanted to see what I looked like, but the girls wanted me to wait until I was fully dressed.

Marissa left the room and came back with four different dress bags. She handed each of us one, and Polly went to change first. They said I had to go last. She came out in a silvery grey dress. It came to just above her knees and had long sleeves. She looked great with her hair straight and light makeup.

Clover was next to change. She came out in a forest green dress that went to the floor. It was flowy throughout the dress except for the top. It was straight across with little straps around her arms. She looked amazing. Clover had pulled her hair back into a cute bun with a few pieces pulled out to frame her face. Her makeup was a little more heavy to try and head the dark circles under her eyes.

Marissa was next. She had on a light blue dress. This signified she was no longer the Luna and that someone was stepping forward to take over as the new Luna. It was a form-fitting dress that went to the floor. It had a short sleeve and a delicate lace design on the top half. It looked beautiful on her.

"Wow, I don't know how I am going to top all of you guys. You all look absolutely gorgeous." I said with a light laugh. "Don't be silly dear. You will look great." Marissa reassured me before pushing me into the bathroom.

I opened the bag and was already shocked at the dress. It was beautiful and it was still on the hanger. I quickly discarded my robe before stepping into the dress. The zipper was on the side, so it was easy for me to get it on myself. I promised I wouldn't look in the mirror until I came out. It was so hard to not look.

I made my way out of the bathroom to show the girls. They all gasped when they saw me. I was nervous about what I looked like. "What do you think?" I asked trying to calm myself down. "You look gorgeous Maddy," Clover said while coming and hugging me. "I agree you look beautiful, and Marcus isn't going to know what to do when he sees you," Polly said hugging me next.

Marissa came and hugged me next, "You look amazing sweet heart. I know if your parents were here, they would be so proud of you." I got choked up at her words. It took a lot for me not to cry right then.

"Mom, stop it before you make all of us ruin our makeup," Clover said while Marissa pulled away. I looked and noticed everyone had tears in their eyes from Marissa's words.

"Can I look now?" I asked wanting to see what I looked like. The girls nodded before pulling me over to the mirror. I gasped not believing the person in the mirror is me. My hair was curled with a braid down the back to pull the front away from my face. My makeup was amazing. My eyes popped with the smokey-eye look Polly gave me. My lipstick was nude which complemented the eyeshadow perfectly.

The dress was breathtaking. The top had thin straps and a plunging neckline that showed off my chest. It was tight at the top and flowed out once it hit my hips. There was a high slit that came to my mid-thigh. It was a beautiful royal blue to show I was the next Luna for the Blue Moon Pack. Polly handed me some nude heels to wear with it. They paired well with the dress.

"We told you. You look amazing." Clover said from behind me. I was still taking myself in. I really did look and feel great.

"Thank you all so much for helping get ready. I don't know what I would have done without the help." I said to the three of them. There was a knock on the door. It was one of the guards to let us know it was time. Clover and Polly left the room to go and take their places with their mates. Marissa walked with me down the stairs and stopped when we got to the door of the backyard.

"You will do great Madelyn. The pack loves you almost as much as Marcus does. Just remember to breathe and to go with the flow. The guards will open the door when it is time for you to walk out. Just make your way to the stage and Marcus will guide you from there." She pulled me in for another hug before going out to stand with Alex.

I was nervous but ready. "I don't think either one of us thought we would end up here huh." Willow let out a little laugh at my comment. "I know it was hard all those years, but we have a future to look forward to now. I am proud of you Maddy and everything that you have been through. You got this girl." Willow's encouragement helped a lot with my nerves.

The guards opened the doors signaling it was time for me to walk out. I slowly made my way out the doors and over to the area where the ceremony was being held. I looked up to see that the pack was parting to allow me to walk through. I smiled at them all as I made my way over to the stage.

I hadn't looked up to see Marcus yet. I knew when I did, I would get nervous again. Once I made it to the front of the crowd, I made my way over to the side of the stage and up the stairs. Marcus was there waiting to help me up the stairs. I looked up and noticed he was already staring me down.

I smiled before quickly taking in his appearance. He wore a simple black suit that hugged him in all the right places. He styled his hair back so you could get a good view of his face. He had shaven his face but still left a little stubble. He looked very handsome.

I made my way over to him. I reached out and grabbed a hold of his hand as he led me up the stairs. "You look breathtaking, my love." He whispered lowly so only I could hear. I blushed at his words as we stopped in the middle of the stage in front of the pack.

"We have gathered here to announce the arrival of your new Luna!" Marcus' voice boomed over the crowd. "I stand here as your Alpha to ask you, the pack, if you accept Madelyn Rivera as your next Luna." This was the part I was most nervous about. What if someone didn't agree? I kept a calm look on my face to not let my emotions show.

"Yes, Alpha." The crowd responded to Marcus. He then turned to me, and I faced him.

"Madelyn, do you promise to do all your duties as Luna? Do you promise to protect the pack? To stay loyal to the pack? To uphold the name of the pack?" Marcus looked at me with pride in his eyes. I knew he was just as happy as I was that the pack had accepted me.

"Yes, I promise all those things and more," the words came out of my mouth with ease. I smiled out to the pack. Marcus moved over to the table and grabbed the knife to cut our hands and tie me to the pack.

"I, Alpha Marcus Blackwell, accept you as a member and the Luna of this pack," Marcus moved to grab my hand and made a cut along my palm. It only hurt a little bit. Marcus quickly cut his palm and joined our hands together. I felt the rush of the pack bond to me.

I felt the pull of all of them. It felt like I had hundreds of people in my mind. "Luna."  I heard the pack call out in my mind. I smiled with tears in my eyes. I was so happy to be a part of a pack again.

"May I present your new Luna," Marcus pushed me forward and stepped back.

The pack clapped and cheered for me. I looked out and saw how happy everyone was. Marcus came up to my side, "Now let the feast begin!"
