STREET
SUNRISE, WYOMING
MARCH 5th 1861
A noose is hanging from a gallows, Two cowboys step into the street. A woman looks at them through a window. They face each other from several metres apart. They open their coats and have their hands ready to draw their guns. A man watches them through a window. One cowboy is wearing a Sheriff badge. It's Dean. A clock strikes noon. The men look at each other and draw their guns a gunshot is heard.

CAMPBELL'S COMPOUND
48 HOURS EARLIER AND 150 YEARS LATER
"It's here, somewhere I know it, Help me move this." Sam Says
Sam and Bobby move Samuel's desk, revealing a trapdoor.
"I'll be damned." Bobby Says
Sam, Elena, Dean and Bobby all head down the ladder.
"Welcome to the Campbell family library." Sam Says
"So, Samuel collected all this stuff, huh?" Elena Says
"Apparently." Sam Says
"Wow. All right, well, what are we looking for?" Dean Says
"Well, anything that'll put a run in the Octomom's stockings. Pick a row." Bobby Says
All Four start looking through the books in the library.
"Bingo." All Four sit at the table in the middle of the room "Either of you jokers ever heard anything about a Phoenix?" Bobby Says
"River, Joaquin, or the giant flaming bird." Dean Says
"It says here that the ashes of a Phoenix can burn the mother." Bobby Says
"The mother." Sam Says
"Great. Where do we get one?" Dean Asks
"You got me, I thought it was a myth." Bobby Says
"All right, great. Well, let's see if we can find something out about a Phoenix." Elena Says
They look through books again, Dean comes across a book.
"Guys.Guys, guys, guys, guys, guys, check this out."
He joins Bobby, Elena and Sam at the table and begins to read from the book he's holding "March 5, 1861. Sunrise, Wyoming. Gun killed a Phoenix today. Left a pile of smoldering ash." Dean Says
"Really? Whose gun?" Sam Asks
"Colt's." Dean Says
"Colt? Colt like—" Sam Says
"like the Colt. From...Samuel Colt's Journal." Dean Days
"What?! That's his?" Elena Asks
"Yeah." Dean Says
"Dude, no." Sam Says
"Dude, yes." Dean Says
"Well, let me see it." Sam Says
"Get your own." Dean Says
"Well, what else did he say about the Phoenix? What does it look like? Has it got feathers?" Bobby Asks
"It just says "Phoenix." Dean Says
"Did he say where he tracked it?" Bobby Asks
"No." Dean Says
