The Logical Song pt1

Beginne am Anfang

Frowning in focus, she slipped a pencil out of her sleeve and started scratching the blank paper, rebellious strands of hair falling over her face. Too concentrated, she ignored it. Yoongi couldn't help but observe her for a few seconds.

The other passengers paid no attention, wearing dull expressions, heavy clothing, and solely minding their own business, neatly waiting for their stop.

Earphones in, hair disheveled, crossing her legs to support her notebook, she was a mess, wearing bright yellow tights, a blue jumper and a dark skirt. Adding to the strange but fashionable outfit, she wore a pair of black converse high at her feet that she swayed back and forth, obviously following the rhythm of whatever music played in her ears.

Looking away with a scoff, Yoongi leaned back in his seat, releasing a breath. He closed his eyes, focusing on the music. This year was just beginning and it would be great, he wanted to be successful and he would be.

Some manager would have to check out his music and take him in. He had big hopes, especially with Kim Han Do, surely one of the most greatest managers of the SB music company. The dream.

To get there he had to fit into the demands and go through selection by impressing a smaller company. Then he could be recognized, and therefore get a chance for a bigger company.

He'd produced a lot of music so far, and done a few project for small movies and local stuff. Yoongi dreamed big and he would achieve big.

Yawning as the busy day weighed on his shoulder, Yoongi turned to the window, watching the dark scenery slip past. Glancing at the stranger across from him he realized she was still focused on her drawing. Shrugging his shoulders, the young man recoiled in his seat, and fell asleep.

When he woke up, the train was just about to arrive at his stop. The strange girl had vanished and there were only very few people left. Days were disappointingly the same, mostly. The same trip, the same hardworking time in the studio, except when Hoseok came by, then the same trip back home, take a shower, eat and sleep. He didn't exactly mind. He was driven, solely focused on his goal.

He worked part time at a bar, every weekend and Wednesday. He needed the extra money after all. Mondays were tough but today... somehow was all right.

His phone rang and he picked up.

"Yoooo man how you doin'??!"a voice blared in his ear making him wince and keep the phone away from his face.

"Better before when I could still hear sounds."he grimaced while his friend giggled.

"Yaa sorry, I just had a proposition for you, how about you come to the bar? The boys are all there."

"I've got things to do."

"Like what? Tending to Plushy, do some laundry and go to bed? Nah man you gotta live a little and as your best friend it is my job to make sure you do."

Rolling his eyes, Yoongi shook his head. Hoseok, his hest friend was the complete opposite to him. They had a great dynamic though, completing each other. While Yoongi would rather stay home and begin human trial regarding hibernation for the human race, Hoseok was a real social butterfly.

He basically knew everyone around town, and could fit anywhere, attracting girls, and being successful in the path he'd chosen.

"I was actually going with 'writing lyrics'. But sleep sounds nice."

"Nuh uh, don't make me come get you. Plushy can survive a night without you and they say alcohol can be key to inspiration. Be there at 8'! See ya man."

And he hung up. Growling in defeat, Yoongi sighed before making his way to town, in direction of the bar. His cat Plushy would have to wait, and that was unfortunate.
