Williams POV:
I was just sitting on the couch resting when Michael came down the stairs.
"Hey."
He stopped and gave me a weird look.
"What do you want.. you never say hey to me?"
"I just feel like being generous!"
"Uh-huh.. I'm just gonna go."
"Wait."
He looked at me again.
"What!"
"I want a hug.. from you."
Michael stood in shock not moving a single muscle.
"You're just gonna trick me, then you're gonna hit me and mock me for being 'weak.' I'm not stupid. William."
Him saying my actual name hurt even though he has before.
"I promise. Michael, I won't hit you."
He hesitated and sighed.
He walked over to me and I stood up.
He stopped moving and stood still probably thinking I was gonna hit him.
I walked over to him and hugged him.
He didn't hug back for a while but eventually he hesitated again and hugged back.
We let go of eachother.
"Thanks."
He nodded and walked to the door.
He stopped as if he was gonna say something.
He sighed and just left.
