the twins walked inside the store, absolutely amazed

"What is this place?" Nico asked
"This is one of Merlin's places of power," says Archie, the twins looked at them confused
"how come we've never noticed this place," Nico asked, still amazed
"Merlín put a cloaking spell on the whole building so not even magic are able to find it" Archie replied
"Did you just say Merlin?" like the old wizard from 'the sword in the stone'?" Evelyn said, douxie, Archie, and Finn looks at them shocked
"You don't know who Merlin is?! The greatest wizard of all time?!" douxie said a bit offended
"I mean I saw the movie but-" Evelyn began but was quickly interrupted
"WE'RE NOT TALKING ABOUT THE MOVIE!" Finn said, Evelyn shot him a glare
"So he's an actual person? Oh so I'm guessing that he's your mentor" Nico said as he pointed at the both of them
"Oh it's just him, I kinda just tagged along," Finn said as he pointed at Douxie, Evelyn looks at Archie
"so I'm guessing you're not actually a cat," she said as she looked at Archie
"well I am currently," Archie said, the twins looked at him confused
"currently?" Nico repeated confused
"you see, I am a dragon, but I have the ability to shapeshift into any form I wish," he said as he pushes up his glasses
"now if we are done with the interrogation, can we get to the actual investigation?" Finn said, the twins nodded, and Archie signaled them to follow, they all walked to the table with the crystal ball on it, douxie carefully pick it up and put it on one of the shelves, each one of them sat on a chair
"Ok we should start by exchanging information, you tell us what you know and we'll tell you what we know," douxie says and Evelyn scoffs
"Oh I get it, you want us to tell you everything and then back out on our deal," She says as smirks and crosses her arms
"Ev!" Nico whisper-yells as he looks at her as she rolls her eyes
"Please I've seen this trick before, and I'm not falling for it," Evelyn says as she smirks, douxie, Finn and Archie look at her shocked
"I can promise you that's not true," douxie says
"How do I know you're not lying about that?" She replies back
"We're not trying to trick you!" Finn says really annoyed
"And how do I know you're not lying about that?" Evelyn resorts
"Ok if we're gonna work together you need to start trusting us?" Finn said as he stands up, Evelyn stands up as well
"I will whenever you give me a reason to trust you!" Evelyn's eyes start to glow red, and Finn's started glowing a dark shade of blue, which was the cue for Douxie and Nico to step in, Nico put a hand on Evelyn's shoulder
"Fighting will do no good" Nico said as he pulled Evelyn back, her eyes changing back to normal
"He's quite right, I'm sure we can talk this out," douxie says as Finn's eyes changed back to their normal shade of blue, Evelyn and Finn sat back down
