The next day, was okay for me atleast. It was my birthday! I forgot! Medyo Lumamig na ulo ng tatay ko since birthday ko nga.
"Happy Birthday Ate!" Lumi walked into my room holding a huge paperbag. My Eyes widened how big it was!
She almost tripped on a piece of pencil. It was so cute! I opened it and a big teddy bear surprised me. It was pretty.
Bumaba ako ng nandon sila Mommy, "Happy Birthday, Anak." Dad smiled and hugged me also. Ganon din ang ginawa nila lola and mommy. I was still going to school. I was having a party for my 17 birthday sa isang restaurant, it's a half club but we can go there.
It was a normal school day, but i recieved a lot of greetings, Kalvin surprised me with a damn cake!

I rolled my eyes as i saw his name, He's still my friend, he's just super annoying, kalvin laughed when i had a snoobish act when i saw his name.
"Yow Sis! What time party!" Sia asked me.
"6pm." I smiled at her.
"Nice!" She walked out to my sight and started with the class.
Okay lang yung class, Boring as usual. We spent most of my afternoon at the cafeteria with kalvin. Lunch was okay again.
"Hindi ba sya Sasama sa atin?" I asked kalvin because Lucas is not in our table again.
"Bumili lang daw food sa Jabee" Kalvin nodded, "Sawa na ata sa cafeteria Food" he laughed.
We were cut of when I saw Lucas dropped the paper bag. Umupo sya at binati kami.
"Happy Birthday." He said in a cold tone. I just nodded.
I was not yet done when a girl sat beside Me, It was the girl from engineering, I rolled my eyes mentally.
"Walang seats sa ibang table eh, I hope this is fine" The girl looked at me with a teasing smile.
"No-" I was cut off when Kalvin was glaring at me. "Sure." I tsked in silence. I was eating not talking to them. They looked like their having fun hindi ko nalang sinita.

After lunch, Kalvin helped me pick a dress sa mall. we chose a champange open leg dress. Umuwi na kami sa bahay and nag-ayos na din si Kalvin.
My dad knocked on my door. "10 Minutes, Charley. Hatid ko na kayo ni Kalvin"
We went to the venue and people are already inside, "Reservations Maam?" The receptionist asked.
"Elijah Martinez," I answered
"Right this way ma'am" The Waitress guided me to a little room.
There was a rectangular Table across it and Nandon na si Cat and Sia.
"Nasaan si Lucas?" Ani ko
"Hindi daw Pupunta May emergency." Malungkot na sabi ni Sia.
I raised a brow. And the same time shaking my head. I shouldn't mind his business. Mind your own life i guess.
But once we're in the party, Calvin went to the comfort room. I saw Calvin's Phone opened and the text was Lucas.
"Pre, kasama ko si Ashley, Hindi na kaya ako Pupunta?"
"Gago kaka-sabi ko lang kay Mia, Hindi ka Pupunta"
"Tol."
"Ano puta ka, Pumunta ka kung gusto mo masapak pre."
I saw Calvin getting back at the chair so I acted like nothing happened, I didn't say a word. I was just bombarded when someone entered the room. It was Lucas without Ashly.
I raised a brow, and he gave me the gift, he simply said "Happy Birthday Charley." He sat beside Calvin. He was just giving Lucas death glares.
When It came to drinks, Cuervo Ang ininom nila, nakisabay lang ako. I really don't drink "Take me home if I'm drunk" I whispered to Calvin.

I was the one only underage, lahat sila pwede uminom, kaya ako naka-ilang shot lang, But They assured na okay lang na malasing ako.
"Shot! Shot! Shot!" They shouted as I take 5 shots of tequila. Sunod sunod bes. They cheered when I finished it.
"That's enough." Ani ni Lucas.
I glared at him, "It's none of your business, Asshole" I talked, I didn't felt drunk, i felt atleast. They weren't drunk I can tell.
I went to the rooftop to sober up at this point I felt so drunk, an irony of life, nag-papahangin pero may hawak na beer bottle.
"Mas lalo kang-malalasing Kapag May hangin na malaKas" someone called me out, did not answer. I was just reflecting to life.
At this point I don't know kung Ayaw ko lang sa baguio o Ayaw talaga sa akin ng baguio.
"What's the matter-" someone uttered
"Ayoko maki-pagusap sa Tao." Ani ko sabay tingin sa kawalan.
"Look im sorry for doing the things I just didn't want to hurt anyone" Lucas was apologizing aswell
"It's okay." Even though it's not.
"It's not okay Charley, Alam ko namang lalayo ka sa paraang sayo hindi ko lang inaasahan na ganon ka-lalim sayo ang mga bagay." I nodded still saying nothing.
"Did I Want to go here? No. I Was departed against my will." Don't worry aalis ako after collage so you don't have to worry."
"Nung bata ako, I was the center of attention, Sa akin daw, ipapamana yung kumpanya, ako daw dapat sumunod sa tahak ng tatay ko, But I never wanted to be a BusinessMan, I Wanted to be a lawyer, But i had some comdition. Kwento nya
"I don't want a narrative report about your life." My face was straight.
" I Have a bet for you, Try Mong mahalin ang sarili mo, I-try mong mahalin ang pilipinas sa paraan na sasaya ka at tutulungan kita, Ano? Got ourselves a deal?" He Smiled
I can't help but smile, " Hmm, I'll Think about it"
"Great" and we went back to the table.
