Why draw my OCs when I can just make Picrew versions of them?

Ok this isn't an OC, these ones are of me. I had a bunch of me back when I had long hair and no bangs, so naturally I had to make some of me with short hair and my bangs.

These 3 are of Kuriso. There's a drawing of him in my art book. (He does have heterochromatic eyes like this last one, but not all of these have options for heterochromatic eyes, in which case I just make them green)

These 2 are of his little sister Hoshiko. I haven't gotten to drawing her yet, so at least through making these I can try to settle on a hairstyle or other design traits for her.
Jokes aside, making these Picrew icons does help me with my drawings because (again) I can start narrowing down the design I want for Hoshiko (as you can tell, I'm thinking blond hair, bangs that clump like that (don't know what that's called), pigtails, light brown eyes, wearing something light blue, and she likes sweets). I also reference these a lot for drawing hair (aka MY KRYPTONITE, I can't draw hair for SHIT)
