~Katherine's pov~

"Thank you Nat for letting me stay at the compound with you for a little while and thank you for understanding my uhm, feeding situation." I state nervously.

"It's no problem you can stay here as long as you want." Nat says with a smile. "We could have a girls night every night." Nat says while gigging.

Nat eventually gets up and walks out to answer a phone call. When she walks back in she goes to sit on the bed.

"Hey Kat how come you haven't told bucky about it? The uhm hunger?" Nat asks. "I-uhm I didn't know how he'd act knowing I could easily touch someone and take there souls.." I say with a chuckle.

"Well he's the one I just got off the phone with he's was asking where you are I didn't tell him where you was at but I have a feeling he's going to try to show up here looking for you." Nat says nervously.

"Don't ask I don't know why he asking for you but if he does show up will you talk to him about the situation and stop always wearing long-sleeves and gloves and maybe start training and get that hunger/power under control?" Nat asks.

"It seems that I need to, but I can't stop wearing long sleeves I'm not ready for just yet." I say to Nat.

It's been a couple of hours since our talk about my hunger/power and Bucky. I walked to the bathroom and heard a knock and heard Nat say come in. Bucky walks in.

"Hey uhm is Kat here?" I hear Bucky asks. I walk out of the bathroom and see Bucky. "What do you want?" I ask with an annoyed tone.

"I just want to talk." Bucky says nervously. I roll my eyes and huffed. "Fine let's step out to the hall." I say

As we walk out of Nats room he puts his hand on my lower back He walks her to his room instead. They gave him a room at the compound if he ever wanted to stay there.

As we walk in he closes and locks the door. "Before you start, I need to tell you something Bucky." I say nervously.

"Back at hydra whenever you would try to touch me, I would jerk away from you and you gave me the gloves to wear was because of the new I guess would say hunger or power." I nervously rub my hand over the back of my neck.

"I'm not sure which one to go with honestly, but I have to feed on souls once or twice a week to stay alive and I've accidently took the souls of those guards back at hydra." I state.

"Just touching someone or if one if the guards tried forcefully kissing me they'd dry up like a prune and died, that's why I always wear gloves now I always wear long sleeves cause of all the scars I got while I was there alone By myself. I explain.

"I understand if you don't trust me but you needed to know and I was scared how you'd act. Even though you promised you'd be there for me I felt like you wouldn't understand especially how you was acting toward me once we showed up at Steve's." I explain nervously.

"That was then kat, this is now... everything's changed..." Buck says. So, none of that matters to you anymore? I ask feeling hurt.

"Who all knows about it?" Bucky asks ignoring my comment. "Just you Sharon and Nat." I let out a defeated sigh.

"What do you mean Sharon knows?" Bucky asks furrowing his eyebrows together. "Did y'all just get close or something while Me and Steve were outside." Buck says with a chuckle.

"Not exactly, no, but I'm guessing with how your talking about Sharon that Steve didn't tell you." I say rolling my eyes. "What do you mean?" Bucky asks.
