Forgiveness

Hi there:-)

There's this song I like; it goes like:

I'm forgiven, because You were forsaken

I'm accepted You were condemned

I'm alive and well your spirit is within me because You died and rose again...

I love that song. I remember when Christ died for me that I may have Life and have it more abundantly and so that I may be able to approach the mercy seat of him to obtain mercy and grace. Each time You sin; don't You have a feeling of guilt inside; If you don't maybe something is wrong, but each time You sin You have the opportunity to ask for forgiveness right?

So would it be fare that Jesus can forgive You of your sins but You cannot forgive someone who has wronged You; no its not. I know it isn't easy but ask him to give You a heart like his to forgive even the meanest and most cruel persons even your enemies. Don't You want a heart like his; I know I do.

So whatever bad thing someone may do to you; a friend might expose your secret, a family member may tell a lie on you; whatever it is you must forgive because Christ has also forgiven you.
