1. Can Murder tell the difference between Chara and Frisk, or dose he think they're the same person?
2. What would Murder do if he met another human in the Underground, a human that wasn't frisk or Chara?
A:
He knows the two are different, but it doesn't matter to him anymore. The human in his underground is just THE HUMAN.
2. There's a high probability of doing what he's been doing so far. Yeah, he'll kill them.
