(ADITI)
ON CALL
HARDIL: Aditi (whispers)
I: hmmm
HARDIL: asleep?
I: No, i just came from meeting
HARDIL: sorry, I want to talk about something
I: it's 2:30 a.m.
HARDIL: good night.
I: Nahi nahi, I am coming. You stay there.
I hung the call up and tried to get up, but this man. I was engulfed in his arms, in a big bear hug. I turned to see his face which was resting on my back earlier.
I: How pretty you are.
He moved a bit and I got up, using that as an opportunity. I wore my jacket, took the room keys and went outside. . Hardil was nowhere around, as I was about to call, I saw him waving at me. We went to beach and sat there.
HARDIL: There is a thing I want to talk about, actually 2.
I: Yes
I kept looking at his face and he looked at the water. After a few minutes he finally spoke.
HARDIL: I am sorry
I: why?
HARDIL: It was me who told Uncle that Darshan should marry Shayani. Uncle wasn't agreed but I convinced him for that. And I am the reason why all this is happening now. I shouldn't have done all this, and then she wouldn't have come.
I: there is nothing like that. Please keep calm and don't blame yourself for the thing you didn't had control on.
HARDIL: I am sorry, ?
I: Nope. now you'll have to promise to help me and sort this matter out. I cannot tell all this to Darshan or anyone except you, me and Koyal. Wait, Where is koyal?
HARDIL: I wanted to talk about that too.
I:Okay, first look at me and speak.
He faced me and I held his hands to comfort him.
I; Yes
HARDIL: I am thinking to propose her, should I?
My face got filled with a widest smile.
I: OMG OMG OMGGGGG, Finally! Go Go Ahead. When ? Where? How?
HARDIL: Tomorrow, once we go back to mumbai.
I: Tomrorrow? WOWWWWWWWWWWW
HARDIL: You need to help me
I: Of course I will.
I: Finally
He nodded and I smiled.
HARDIL: important day , can't afford to get sick.Let's go back
I: Yes bosssss.
We bid goodbye and went to our respective rooms.
As soon as I entered, Darshan was there panicking.
I: WHat? What's the matter?
He saw me and hugged me tightly.
I: I'll break
He broke the hug and looked at me.
DARSHAN: pin drop silence.
I placed my index finger on my lip, like a child.
DARSHAN: Uff! What should I do with this girl.
I: Love her maybe. (whispers)
It was impossible for him to hear, but he still did and smiled.
DARSHAN: You sprained your feet earlier in the morning right? May I ask, where were you at 3 a.m?
I: I....I was outside, looking at my boyfriend.
He gave me a angry stare.
I: Ummm, I meant the moon.
I said like a scared child. He was still staring like that.
I: Waise, you look hot like this.
He chuckled and I gave him a toothy smile.
DARSHAN: I was born hot.
I: Oh fish! Really, Mr. Born Hot?
I gave him a look and he understood it very well.
DARSHAN: STAPPPPPPPPPPP, ADITI
I: I wont
I said throwing a pillow at him.
DARSHAN: The game is ON.
He grabbed a pillow and ran behind me.
I grabbed another pillow and it turned out to be a pillow fight. If I slammed once, he did twice. If he did twice, i did thrice. Result of all this was feather everywhere in the hotel room.
I: STop Stop stop, I am tired.
I sat panting.
DARSHAN: Me too.
After a min, we looked at each other and started laughing. We laid and I kept my head on his spread arm. We both looked at the ceiling.
DARSHAN: You know, I always wanted to live this life. Whenever I used to see movies, I wanted to experience it and I am doing that now.
I: Thank You thank you.
I tried to get up but he pulled me by my arm.
I stared hard in his eyes, the most beautiful ones, as I say.
I: I am sleeepy and feel cold.
I slept and he hugged me tight from behind.
I hope this remains as it is, and no one comes in between us.
DARSHAN: No one will.
I didn't said that but he felt it.
CONNECTION IT IS!
