"Yeah we had this apartment since we first moved here. Well technically we had dorms first at the campus till we had enough money to get a apartment." I said

"Do you plan on moving? I mean you have the money." She asks

"Yeah we do plan on moving but till the baby is like one or two"

"Makes sense." She said sitting down on my couch and I say next to her

"So how are you?" Chelsea asks

"Grand." I replied back with a smile "where's Jake?"

"With the kids at the park near here. They saw it and wanted to go so he took them." She laughed

Chelsea and Jake were married with two kids Andrew and Sophie. They were the cutest!

"Thank you again for flying us down here the kids are having fun." She says

"No problem Randy misses Jake and Jake misses Randy. It was the good thing to do since they really don't see each other often."

" yeah you're right." Chelsea agrees "where is Randy?"

"He had to go to the art gallery real quick."

She nodded her head. Her phone vibrated and she looked at it.

"Oh I have to go meet Jake at the park but we'll see you guys at dinner later." She got up and made her way to the door and I followed her

"Okay see you later." I waved and she waved back as she left my apartment.

Now I had to get ready

+++

"Randy lets go we can't be late for YOU'RE birthday dinner." I yelled

He walked down the steps "sorry."

He was wearing a gray sweater with dark jeans and I was wearing a light blue maxi dress. Really all you can wear nice when your pregnant.

He wrapped his arm around my waist

"Let's go." He said leading me out of the door.

We went in his truck and he drove us to the restaurant. The whole ride there my hand was in his and occasionally he would bring it up to his mouth and kiss it. I would smile and giggle each time he did that.

We finally reach the restaurant and Randy parked in the parking lot, turning off his car and then helping me out of the car. We walked hand in hand into the restaurant spotting Chelsea and Jake and there kids and moving our way over to them.

"Hey guys!" Chelsea squealed giving us both a hug.

"Hi!" I said taking a seat. Randy took a seat next to me

"Look it's aunt nay nay!" Jake told his kids

Sophie came running to me and sat on my lap

"Be careful!" Chelsea said

"It's okay." I said stroking Sophie's blonde hair "how are you sweetie?" I asked Sophie

"Good!" She replied

I laughed and looked at Randy who was playing with Andrew who was sitting next to him.

"Happy birthday Randy." Jake said to him patting him on the shoulder

"Thanks man. Glad you're here." Randy replied to him

"How's everything." Jake asked

Randy nodded his head "it's been good. Doing the job that I love and living and having a child with the girls of my dreams, it's been amazing. " I smiled at him

"Do you regret not taking your opportunity with the NFL though?"

"Yeah I do but I'm still doing something I love so it doesn't bother me that much."

"Well that's great to hear." Jake said

Randy leaned over and place a kiss on the top of my head.

"What was that for?" I asked him

He shrugged

I laughed and then indulged to a conversation with Chelsea.

For the rest of the night we were laughing and talking about anything that came to our minds. The conversation never died.

Now we were singing happy birthday to Randy who stood there like a stone. I couldn't help but laugh. When we were done Randy blew out his 25 candles smiling.

I kissed him on the cheek letting my lips linger for a bit.

"What did you wish for?" I asked him. He always told me what he wished for even though he wasn't suppose too.

He have me a quick peck on my lips.

"For things to never change."
