When I was 11 years old I used to struggle so much with anxiety my anxiety struggles was getting so bad I had panic attacks it was so hard for me to handle sometimes my anxiety was so bad I had moments where I couldn't even breathe at all and I couldn't relax.
I had days where my anxiety would affect me from being able to get sleep I used to be so restless constantly
My genetic disease not only affects me the way it does it also affects me emotionally I often get depressed over my genetic disease cause of how much it affects me
I have learned how not to let it get me down and I have learned how to fight harder with my struggles.
