Hunter pov:
"TOO DEMANDING? WHAT DO YOU MEAN?!" I yell trying to pull my palisman off my hair.
He chirps.
"I WAS NERVOUS! IM SORRY!" I groan.
"APOLOGIZE? HOW DO I APOLOGIZE WITHOUT IT BEING WEIRD??" I yell.
"She probably hates me." I sigh, falling into my bed.
He chirps.
"I know I know, ugh I should probably go wait for her... shoot it's gonna be awkward." I sigh.
Your pov:
You arrived at the front of the emperors coven, you already see Hunter there waiting for you, he looks blank faced.
"Took you long enough! Come!" He says grabbing your hand.
You frown, but you still blush at this action, you know he doesn't like you, but you still like him.
The 2 of you head to Hunters room, where he closes the door behind him. You stand there awkwardly.
"Uh, sit down." He says nervously.
You sit.
His bird pulls at his hair.
"Too forward?! Okay I'm sorry, like I said I'm nervous!" He whispers.
"How.... Are you?" He says.
"Fine."
"Ooohhh.. cool." He smiles awkwardly.
You both share an awkward silence, Hunter seems to be caressing his thumb probably out of anxiety.
"So... what did you want me for?" You say.
"Uh... so basically-!" He says, cutting himself off.
He slowly turns around anxiously looking at his palisman.
"O-one moment." He says, grabbing his palisman and rushing out his room.
You sit there confused, as you hear chirping and hunters muffled speaking on the hallway.
"I don't know what to say." Hunter says.
Chirp chirp!
"I am calm! Im perfectly calm! I've never been this calm in my life!" Hunter chuckles.
Chirp
"Okay okay, I'll relax." Hunter says, taking a deep breath.
He looks back up at his palisman.
"What should I say?" He says.
Chirp chirp chirp!
"I should probably ask if she's okay, I probably frightened her, um.. and then should I take her outside?" Hunter asks.
The palisman nods.
"Okay, I'll do that." Hunter says rushing back into the room.
"SORRY!!!! TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES~! you know how it isssss~ Ahaha..." he chuckles.
You blink, holding your hands together.
"Um... y/n, I'm sorry if my choice of words frightened you by any chance, I sounded too forward, I'm just-" he says but you cut him off.
"Am I a bad friend?" You ask.
"W-what?! No!!! Y/n!!! No! No no no no no I promise you're not." He says, grabbing your wrists.
"That's my fault for making you think that! Im sorry! Please forget everything I said!" Hunter grins awkwardly.
"You're really cool and your my best friend ever!" Hunter says awkwardly.
