Coming back to Dream SMP – lore

Tala breathed in and out, her, Jojo, Robert and Taylor was on that day. It was a big day for not only Karl but for the rest of the members of the smp.

It was one of those big streams where most of them would be there. The mods were just waiting for Karl to start the stream and when he did they went to do their work and to listen to the story.

Karl opened his eyes as his back landed on the ground. He couldn't remember where he was or when he was. It was bad, usually all the damage wouldn't have followed him to his present time and he would just return back to his vault but it was different this time.

A groan left his mouth and he tried to sit up but he couldn't, his health was low and so was his hunger. The only things he saw were the sky and the leaves.

He stayed there, trying to remember but nothing came to him. His silence and somewhat peace was disturbed by the sound of footsteps. He moved his head to see two figures, one familiar and one unfamiliar.

"Karl?" Sapnap's voice rang out. "Sap?" he asked. Sapnap gasped and ran to his fiancé and placed his head on his lap. "What happened?" he asked. Karl gulped, "I can't- I can't remember." He mumbled.

Sapnap looked at the person, "Please help me. Help me take him to Q." he begged. Karl heard a sigh and then a shadow covered his sight. He blinked and saw a brunette woman with a scar coming from her hairline dragging down to her right cheek passing her nose bridge.

Karl didn't know who this woman was but if Sapnap trusted him then would he not trust her. "Sapnap, Q doesn't want to see you two." She muttered. This made Karl's heart break, he knew what was happening with his fiancés but he didn't wanted to face it.

"He's the only one that can help. Please Sienna." Sapnap begged as tears flowed down his cheeks. The woman looked at him and to Karl who was battered and bruised, she sighed and nodded, "Come quickly then. I don't want Revivebur to see any of this." She said quickly.

The two of them slowly lifted Karl who let out a groan. They placed him on top of Sienna's horse. Karl gripped Sapnap's hand and the man looked at his bruised fiancé. "We'll go and see Q Karl. He'll help us." He whispered.

Karl sighed and gripped his hand tighter, "Will he?"

Tala watched in awe on how the group of friends acted out the lore. As she listed down new subscribers and some donos, she couldn't keep her eyes off of stream.

She will not deny the talent this group of streamers had. How can they make this block game into something emotional and interesting? She had to admit, she didn't expect this at all.

So the moment the actual lore finished and the group finished their streams, Tala couldn't help but let out a relieved breath. She sent a message to the mod group chat who congratulated each other after a very big stream.

She was about to dip out when she received a message from Karl. She furrowed her eyebrows but before she could understand why he was saying sorry a group call alerted from her discord.

Crew Boys + the star is calling...

"Guys you didn't have to call-" "Hello?" Karl was cut off with Tala's soft voice. He sighed and rubbed his face. "Hi Miss star!" Dream cheered.

Tala chuckled as she recognized the voice. "Why hello Mr. wastaken. What do I owe the pleasure to be invited to this group call?" she joked.

"Sorry if it's weird but we just wanted to meet the best mod that Karl has been talking about nonstop." Quackity teased. Tala felt her cheeks redden. She had her camera off so no one saw but Karl wished it wasn't. He wanted to see her pretty face and see if she was blushing as much as he was.

"Oh." Tala muttered. George groaned, "Don't make her feel uncomfortable Quackity." He scolded him. She chuckled, "I'm not don't worry." She said. Sapnap jokingly let out a breath of relief, "Well thank goodness. We didn't want to scare away the only girl that Karl has been on nonstop." He said with a smirk.

"Sapnap!" Karl yelled, his face was fully red. Dream was wheezing as Karl can only imagine the shocked look on her face.

His worry however diminished when she heard her laugh. He let out a breath as his shoulders relaxed. Quackity noticed and furrowed his eyebrows, pursing his lips as he realized just how his friend cherished his friendship with this girl.

"But really they just wanted to meet you star." Karl said. They heard her hum, "Well hi, I'm Tala." She said with a giggle. George noticed the smile Karl wore and he nodded in understanding.

"Tala... Very unique name." Sapnap pointed out. "Oh thank you!" she said. "What does it mean?" George asked. Karl furrowed his eyebrows realizing he didn't even know. Clearly Tala saw his reaction because she laughed.

"Right I don't think I've told anyone except for Jojo and the other mods but Tala means star in Tagalog." She said. Sapnap gasped, "You're Filipino?!" he yelled. Tala laughed again, "Yeah!" she said happily.

"You didn't tell me she's Filipino Karl!" Sapnap yelled. Karl huffed and raised his eyebrow, "Well I'm sorry." He said. "That's so cool." Quackity said.

Tala hummed, "Yeah my parents loved the sense of the skies." She said as Karl hummed, "And Sinag means..." he trailed. "Sunshine." Tala answered him. "Sinag?" Dream asked. "Her sister." "My sister." Tala and Karl said at the same time.

A minute of silence engulfed them until the pair laughed. Dream smiled at the interaction, clearly Karl and Tala had conneted with the small time that they have been talking with each other.

The crew boys kept Tala entertained for the rest of the night. That was until they heard her yawn. "Uh oh sleepy star." Dream teased. Karl hummed and moved closer to the mic, "Star..." he trailed.

She sighed, "I know. Sleep time." She said as she yawned again. Karl hummed and nodded, Sapnap smirked at the interaction, "Man these two are so whipped for each other."

Tala said her good byes and the moment she was out of the call the boys went after Karl. "You two vibe." George pointed out. Sapnap hummed in agreement, "They work well."

"Thank goodness for that. It's about time one of us has a great love story." Quackity mumbled. Dream laughed and then scoffed, "And I think Karl deserves it out of all of us." He sternly said.

Karl smiled to himself and the boys saw, "Just don't-" "Act like a jerk or make bets or be a coward or say something dumb that will lead them to leave you." He cut Dream off, teasing them.
