Your POV
You walked down the halls trying to find your childhood friend/crush Rei. You searched almost everywhere for him, you rounded a corner and saw him standing there. Tears threatened to fall, the girl grabbed his color and kissed him on the lips, I walked past him without saying a word. Rei pulled away from the girl as I rounded another corner, I walked into class and sat in my seat.
~Bell~
Classmates started walking in. Rei sat next to me and I greeted him with a small 'hi'. Rei smiled with his face almost bright red, I stood up and grabbed my bag. I walked out of the classroom and on to the rooftop, no one was there so I sat down and over looked the pool while crying.
'I'll just swim some laps, maybe that will get my mind off things' I thought
I changed into my swimmers and the bell for lunch rang, I dived in to the cool refreshing water. I swam laps around the pool before I decided that I need a rest, I took a deep breath and sunk to the bottom. I heard voices, I looked up through my goggles and saw Haru, Makoto and Nagisa. Haru dived in and swam down to me, I smiled and he laid next me. I swam back up for air and Haru followed, Nagisa pulled me out and I dried myself off. I saw Rei coming followed by that same girl, I ran and dived into the pool. I sunk to the bottom of the pool and closed my eyes, I heard a girls voice.
"Rei-kun is that girl drowning? She hasn't come up yet" The girl pointed
"Oh no. She is fine, (Your Name) can hold her breath for a long time" Rei smiled
"Wow. I wish I was like her" The girls eyes sparkled
Haru dived in and swam around you until you opened your eyes, Haru watched you swim up to him. You shook your head and Haru grabbed your wrist, he pulled you to the surface.
"I told you I didn't want to come up, Haru" You groaned
"Sleeping under water isn't going to ease the pain and just because your upset doesn't mean you can dive into the water without telling anyone" Haru scolded
"I'm doing laps" I hopped out of the pool and walked to the diving board
"I'll race you" Haru followed
"Your on" I chuckled
"Go!" Makoto shouted
I dived further than Haru, I started the stroke, Haru passed me with ease, on the turn I gained power and over took Haru, my hand hit the wall just before Haru's.
"She beat him!" The girl cheered
"Well done, Haru" I smiled and shook hands
"You actually beat me for once" Haru chuckled
"HEY! That's mean!" I pouted and swam away
"Yeah yeah" Haru got out of the water
"I'm going to stay under water" I shouted
"Ok" Haru nodded
~2 hours later~
"Guys (Your Name) hasn't come up yet" Rei pointed
"Oh crap!" Haru dived into the water and bought your cold body to the surface
"Makoto! Go get Ama-sensei" Haru ordered
After Haru did CAR on you, you sat up and started coughing out water. Haru rubbed your back and Gou ran over to you, you panted and Haru looked at you with mix emotions.
"Sorry" You whispered
"Its alright. I'm just glad your ok" Haru smiled slightly
"Yeah. Its not like anyone would of cared" You mumbled
