Glitching to Fix Time {Poor Execution, Rewrite occurring in diff book}

Ch 20: Crisis on Earth X pt 8:

Crash even made a little lightning explosion in her palm with Clarity's lightning.

"I take it back." Iris sighed looking away arms crossed.

"The bottom line is that we have to catch
these parallel-earth goose-steppers." Felicity said, stating the obvious.

"This might help." Barry spoke up walking in with the bloody arrow Oliver shot Kara with having decided to run it up for Oliver while he got to have a breather.

"Is that a kryptonite arrow?"  Alex took it from him face full of concern.

"Yup." Barry nodded placing his hands on his hips.

"I know I shouldn't have to ask this question,
but I have to ask this question. Oliver didn't shoot Kara, did he?" Felicity asked him.

"Sort of. The other Archer and flying woman
are Oliver and Kara of Earth-X. And Clarity's dopple showed up too. Her lightnings red instead of blue."

"When you said that Earth-X was horrible,
you might have undersold it." Caitlin complained.

"The Clarity Springs of my earth has green lightning." Harry shrugged. "There's probably a Clarity out there for every color of the rainbow. Not that it matters. It'll make it easy to differentiate them if anything."

"Speaking of differentiating Harry you should know that Eobard's using your face again." Barry told him.

"He's an idiot." Harry sighed.

"That's an understatement." Crash protested.

"You hate him too?" Clarity asked her.

"I hate everyone." Crash replied.

"Wait a minute. How--how could there be another Kara?" Alex wondered still lost on that fact.

"Because there are multiple earths. Have you truly not grasped the whole concept of alternate versions of people?" Crash shook her head barely hiding her disdain. "I am not explaining how there's multiple Kara's."

"What? Multiple?" Alex wondered in shock.

"Well, there are 53 karas, just like there's 53 Kryptons and 53 Earths."

"Ok, if that arrow has not-so-Supergirl's blood on it, we c--" Felicity began but Harry cut her off.

"We could track it using quantum analysis." Harry supplied.

"We could." Felicity confirmed.

"That would take forever. You think they're going to sit around and wait for you to find them?" Crash demanded. "They will strike well before then."

"Hey, guys, I think I might have a quicker way." Alex called them over having taken the arrow under a microscope. "These red blood cells are suffused with shortwave radiation."

"Solar radiation?" Caitlin asked in disbelief.

"Yeah, incredibly high amounts." Alex confirmed. "Like nothing I've ever seen."

"Can you track it?" Barry looked to Felicity.

"Well, I once caught a deranged serial killer
off his face cream, so...No joke. Heh!" Felicity nodded. Yeah, she could totally do it.

"Let's just do it and fast. Clarity's right. These Nazi's aren't gonna wait around to make their next move. We have to find them before they use that prism." Barry grabbed Clarity's arm pulling her aside. "Can I talk to you for a second?"

"Everything alright?" Crash asked him.

"Maybe, I'm not sure." Barry confessed. "I stopped by Cisco's lab. Stein did a positron sweep. We were thinking your dopple could lead us to the Nazi's before Kara's blood."

"Okay, and? Did you find her?" Crash raised a brow.

"No, wherever your dopple is her trail is cold. It could be nothing, but Clarity... You're giving off twice the amount of positrons than normal. Stein ran the readings twice. We were thinking we should run some tests."

"Yes! Do tests Barry! Get this Nazi out of me!" Clarity encouraged.

"Testing would ruin all the fun." Crash admonished. "I'm not allowing that."

"I don't need any tests. I-I'm fine Barry." Crash smiled at him. "Thawne being in town, all these Nazi's..it has me on edge. I'm producing more lightning to compensate. I'm perfectly normal. I promise."

"And you call me a liar?" Clarity spoke up in annoyance.

"My lies serve purpose. Yours hinder your life." Crash snarled in reply.

"Okay. As long as you feel alright." Barry placed his hand on her shoulder and squeezed it. "Let me know if anything changes, alright?"

"Of course." Crash smiled at him. "But I promise, I am completely fine."

Barry nodded. "You seem to be taking Thawne abducting you pretty well, but if you want to talk-"

"You're here. I get it." Crash nodded, and as long as she was here she was going to put everything her plan needed into place before red arrow or Thawne got here.

And that's where I'm ending this one cause I can. It's super short I know but the next couple chapters are gonna be the normal 5,000 word count or more I promise! I'm officially on winter break now. You know what that means? It means that we're back to two updates a week! I'm going to shoot for one every Tuesday and Thursday! (This week's updates being the exception as I'm doing a mini update today(what you just read) and then a regular sized update tomorrow and Thursday). The goal is to be on book 4 by the beginning of my fall semester which is January 25th, let's goooo!
