The next morning, Bucky woke up when his watch went off. He rolled on to his back and turned off the alarm.
"Come back..its cold." Izzy whispered
Bucky slowly turned his head, he knew that voice. "Izzy?" He whispered.
She rolled over to him, "Morning." She said as she went to kiss him.
He backed up, "Izzy no.." he said
"Buck, it's not inappropriate now, we can be together now." She said
"Izzy no we can't.." he said as he got up and pulled on his clothes.
"But I love you, and I will wait for you. I'm gonna be going to Duke University which isn't far from here. And we can make this work." She said
"Izzy, no I'm sorry but I don't feel the same way. Last night we had to much to drink and made a mistake." He said
Tears welled in her eyes as her heart shattered. She couldn't speak as she looked down she wiped a tear.
"Izzy, please don't do that. Okay? I'm sorry darlin.." he said
She laid back down with her back to him. "Izzy.." he said as he tried to lay beside her and hug her. She pushed him away.
"Izzy.." he said
He left her there, and walked home.
